Very bad experience experienced by acantus customer service.
My ex-partner has requested urgency because of the expansion of her family. The treatment was so unsympathetic and incomprehensible that I found her crying after work. That is very unfortunate and unheard of for customer service to do that. You don't deal with people like that.
Acantus does not do anything to residents who cause nuisance, are aggressive and use drugs etc, not even when police and reports are involved, you will not be called back if that is promised and if you call yourself they are always in a meeting and you are called back again which does not happen.

Acantus fails at the moment when things in the house need to be handled by them. No hot water will be sent to the water board company. This waterhouse says that said not about that at all and that acantus itself is responsible for this. But don't want to come yet. Always the same song you have a leaky tap, you have to wait more than a week for someone to come. And if the bathroom is not properly ventilated, you can clean up all the mold yourself and you should shower with a large window and a small window wide open so that no condensation remains in the shower. But in winter you almost freeze while you shower. The problem always lies with the people themselves.

Coincidentally an old acquaintance of hers lived in a house that was perfect for her, this acquaintance was about to move. Incredibly bad housing association! Refuses to solve problems at home! I'm definitely going to start a dispute. I have rented a house at several housing associations but I have never experienced such a bad service as an acantus. I'm going to move soon to be rid of this house building !!!
