Amazing crepes, fantastic service and quality! Absolutely love.

I tried the Oyler breakfast crepe; it was delicious and filling! My latte was okay, but just a touch bitter. On the whole though, we really enjoyed Rachel's food and fun atmosphere.

Friendly service, delicious and freshly made savory or sweet crapes, wide selection of hot drinks, and unique but cozy atmosphere.

Had the ham and brie crepe excellent. Also a side of broccoli and apple salad so delicious. Nice atmosphere.

Got Steak and Egg breakfast crepe. Was very delicious, with soft wrap, nice green onions and citrus hot sauce. Two thumbs up. Only took five minutes for to-go order. Highly recommend...

This is hands down a go to if you are in the area! The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing, you can choose to sit inside or outside. The service is fast and friendly! The crepes are amazing for dinner or dessert. I'm definitely coming here again and recommending it to anyone near!

Great place for crepes in the city. Charming, french decor. Servers are friendly and helpful, prices are moderate and the chai is delicious! Lots of seating and an outdoor seating area for warmer weather. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I love everything about this place, always had the best experiences. Until a couple days ago, which saddens me! Waiter was amazing friendly smiled, took our order, food was done before our drinks. Same guy who took our order went to check on drinks (it was a to go order). Couple more minutes and finally got them! He was super sweet and friendly, I want to add completely not his fault!! But to whom ever made our coffee, shouldn't be making coffee/ mocha! That's the main reason I go there, because of my mocha! No whip cream on top coffee was burnt, we did not drink it. If we weren't heading to doctor's, I would've taken it back. So upset to post this, really makes me feel bad but up set me too!

I am going to say something that may be a little different and may be not popular. I think this spot/food would be very popular with females. A majority of the customers were female, which could be a coincidence. I was with six people the day I went. Four males and two females. The two females loved the food. Three of the males, including myself, thought it was okay. And the last male thought it was good. The size of the crepe was larger than I had ever had before.
The service was very good and the prices were decent. As for parking, it is probably easier to park at a lot across the street or park on the street instead of the small lot behind the restaurant. I think it is definitely worth a try. By the way, my wife agrees that it is more of a female place. Even the decor has a femine touch/feel.

Everytime I'm in town a visit to Rachel's is a must. Have been dining there for years and they never fail to disappoint

Such a cute little cafe! The crepes were super delicious, the decor was vintage meets classic meets French style, and the staff were super friendly and courteous. Definitely would recommend!

Our family loves breakfast places and this has to be one of the best. All five of us ordered something different and they were all our favorite. Then we got the dessert crepes and were once again flummoxed as our ratings had to be revisited.

Very cool little restaurant. Great service, slightly crisper crepe style. The "Capres" is quite tasty! Staff was even knowledgeable about town and very helpful.

Long wait to sit..... However! You are eating almost right after you order and it is somehow still hot until the last bite 15 minutes later. Not to mention amazing food and drinks......

Wow these crepes were just unreal in a good way loved loved loved them. Had the ham and cheese and the pizza crepe definitely recommend both.

Good food, great coffee and nice atmosphere. It's a very popular place but has hardly any parking. DO NOT PARK IN THE LOTS! You will be towed! Only park in the back (11 spots) or on the street. Expect a wait because the food and coffee is so good. Gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because of the parking situation.

I ve been there maybe 10-12 times. Consistently very good, very fairly priced, good service. I wouldn t change anything. They don t accept reservations, so in peak time get there early, you may have to wait. It s worth the wait.

This has got to be one of the best Crepes restaurant in the Area, the breakfast Crepe is awesomely prepared to order and you are sure to be satisfied with the size and flavor, Nutella Mocha Latte is delicious!

When you arrive at this location, grab a menu and buckle up. The choices are phenomenal, wide and varying. The staff is incredible and some of the most friendly people Lancaster has to offer. Their baristas are top notch and all of the ingredients in their drinks are local and AMAZING. Rachel's has a number of programs for both regulars and for those who are serving and protecting the people of Lancaster. Military discounts and first responder discounts are very nice to see as well as their pay it forward program for coffee to those who are in need of a nice pick up.

Love this place so much! There's something on the menu for everyone's tastes.

I love going to Rachel s! They are always on the ball with making sure everyone is happy and enjoying delicious food. The atmosphere is great and I would recommend coming here to anyone!

This is 5 stars simply because it does not go to 6. (Or to 11 for that matter). Absolutely exceptional, food and coffee.

Good vegan food at a fair price. I didn't care for the extremely limited seating when there was people just sitting there talking. This gave our party a 15 min wait to be seated. They were still there when we left.

I've never been in a coffee shop like this. Amazing service. Everyone working together in a combination of eatery and barista magic! Heather was fantastic as my server. She busts her butt and was very friendly and accommodating in all regards. Thanks Heather for a completely unexpected awesome expierence in my travels through Pennsylvania. If you dig cheesesteaks, try the crepe version here. All of you rock! Great team= great establishment.

Super good, quick service. Nice staff, did have to wait for about 15 minutes but it WAS 11 o'clock on a Saturday morning. Will return.

Absolutely one of the great gems in Lancaster. Prompt and polite, the service is excellent. The restaurant itself is elegant, hip, and modern... The crepes are fabulous. One of the best little spots in Lancaster city, no question.

I loved this place and my food is always amazing, but unfortunately we did not have a good to-go experience (particularly for my husband) - his crepe was not very good and they didn't even provide utensils with the to-go order - and his crepe was clearly one that needed to be eaten with a fork! Also, the to-go experience was rather odd and didn't go too smoothly.

This is only the second place I've eaten out since the pandemic and they did such a great job making me feel comfortable! Everything was spaced out, sanitized well and everyone not seated had on masks. Thanks Rachel's for a great experience!

I love their nutella coffees! The crepes are incredible and they have a large variety.

Delicious food. The food was well worth the wait. Place does get full and our wait time was about 40 min for a party of 6. Our food was delicious and quick to arrive. Service staff was very friendly and helpful.

The food was amazing and the decoration inside is beautiful! The crepes are nice and crunchy and the flavors all tie well together! The food has amazing flavor. the soup was nice and creamy and it was one of the best soups i ve had in awhile! The workers are kind and work with you and they love to satisfy their customers. I would definitely recommend this place!

Rachel's was such a great experience. Came here with family (Andi) last weekend and Rachel herself saw to it that our time was perfect. Great food at incredibly reasonable prices. It's a unique experience and it feels good to patronize a place where the owner truly cares about her craft and customers.

The staff was super duper friendly! The floors in the bathroom were awesome. I really enjoyed my drink. I would not get the Oiler, again cause it was VERY salty. Also my dad ordered a Nutella latte or chai or somethin and was wishin he could taste the Nutella stronger. But the atmosphere was great and the other dishes were delicious. Glad I met my parents there for our rendezvous spot. I would eat here again!

We love it here! Service is always fast and friendly and the food is always delicious! We've tried most of the items on the menu and always enjoy our crepes, savory or sweet! The drinks are delicious, particularly the ones with Nutella. One of my favorite spots in Lancaster for lunch!

The lavender honey latte was so good and the crepes were amazing! The staff were friendly also! Will definitely be back!

We love this place! The crepes are amazing. The coffee is outstanding. The mugs are yellow, my favorite color which is a bonus ;-) and the turmeric latte is out of this world! Because it reminds me of Europe, the outdoor seating is such a nice option :-) the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. There was a wait and there always is a wait, but they get through the waitlist very quickly and efficiently
