Called Monday about repairs after takeover. Would be called back. Not done. Tuesdays close i. v. m course and today very unfriendly lady on the phone. Customer-friendly course is definitely a recommendation for this firm ....

Arrogant employees, if you talk to them about something they don't like, they just don't respond anymore! Not a single email from me is answered! I will never rent anything through them again! They participate in household theft!

Outrageous how they handle the phone here. My daughter called 5 times and got blown out 5 times after 10 minutes. I call, after 10 minutes I get music. 5 minutes later it is 4 o'clock and you are kicked out. Maybe hire a more professional operator
