Received a leaflet about extending the Service Plus Pass. As a result, I called Abswoude. Not heard by telephone (as if I wanted to extend the pass myself and had not read into the conditions: "Mr. wanted to explain to me how it works a third time") and treated badly / as a snot nose (among other things, the hang up was abrupt without greeting). Abswoude has unfortunately made himself known on this point.
