They are very much rude and back office staff very much lazy and unsupported. I already paid NOC charges and after 10 days they gave me NOC.

I was enthusiastic while booking a flat at Cherry County but shocked when they added more than one lakh interest with final payment though delay was caused due to issue of builder's bank NOC and process of release Bank loan thereafter. Before registration of sub -lease deed, all the papers, some of these blank were got singed e.g covered car parking which was filled lateron and alloted a machenised car parking to physically stressed and old age flat owners. It was also transpired that builder also charged Rs.17300/- more for registry. Besides being a good project our inner happiness eroded due to reasons that should have been avoided by the builder of good repute.

The project promises of good amenities. The property prices may not rise in the coming years though

I purchased a flat in Olive couny sector 5 Vasundhara Ghaziabad Uttar pradesh in2012
but till date the builder have not received Completion certificate from Ava's Vikas Parishad Vasundhara Ghaziabad.
All the residents are living in the society may face action by the Government departments.
