These are bunch of PURE FRAUDS.... If you thinking about going to this place, just change your mind right now and find some other real estate company.

Do not buy any properties in Aarya ventures. Their document does not have clear title and also they never refund the amount. They are No 1 fraud company. These Marketing people will tell one things and doing another thing at time of sales deed. Please do not buy any properites especially ITPL Property

I've never written a review before but i'm writing to ensure that no one should go to this company ... If you go you will lose your money !

Due to people feedback I was disappointed and had no interest in buying any plots in Bangalore.
After I got the site by Aarya venture
I can suggest others to also buy sites without any fear from AARYA VENTURES
There's a good service given by the company workers and even they respond on time .
My registration was done on time .

These is fraud company. They are big time cheaters. They took token advance 1 lakh just to give plot details. The plot details were inappropriate as per lawyer so we had to cancel the booking.

After roaming behind the company for 50 times in span of 1 year I got 50k return but for other 50k I got Post dated checks. The account never has balance and such a fraud company it is.

Ambarish is biggest fraud owner of this company. Never believe some positive reviews here they must be some of their own company people. Lot of people got cheated BE AWARE !

They took booking adavce but there is no chance of returning the money. This is frud agency

Hi all, if there is anyone who wants to join hands in fighting against these people and get their money please do let me know. I have already filed 2 case against these people.

They have taken the token advance for the site and then said that the project has been canceled so they canceled the deal. It has been more than 2 years now and they have still not returned the money. This is a fraud agency be very careful.
