Julen Sport AG Review

Unfortunately we brought 2 snowboards for a full service, "cost 79 chf", but the guy who welcomes us tells us he can do it for 59 chf and we accept, of course. The next morning we go to collect the tables and find the surprise, a small service without filling the holes. A certain Raffael tells me to go over and they will do everything again. Instead they did a truly pitiful job and for my girlfriend's table they said full service was not necessary. Indecent.

First class service from the Snowboard department, especially from Jan. Friendly, knowledgeable and great gear. Not cheap but competitive for Zermatt.

Good place to rent snowboards. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The website is not the most modern to get reservations but given that they have a lot of equipment, I found having one was not really required. Look for Mikchael, he is a great guy to help with the rental and it's setup.

I got two ski bindings mounted ond my skis. The service, the knowledge and the execution were really good. So if you are looking for a ski or snowboardshop in Zermatt, Julen Sport may be the best adress! Good job guys, especially from Tim and Jan!

DON'T GO THERE FOR SNOWBOARD SERVICE!

Don't waste your time and money!

I gave them my snowboard to sharpen the edges and put some wax on. When I picked it up it was waxed but they didn't touch the edges at all. I asked the guy working there if they also sharpened my edges and he said yes although you could clearly see that didn't even come close to them. On top of that they lost some of the screws from the binding and replaced them with different ones that don't fit and changed the stance of the binding completely.

Never ever again! What a rip-off!

We have been coming to zermatt for years and this is one of the best shops to rent snowboarding equipment. The team are supper friendly and very knowledgeable special attributes to Micha for his excellent advice. They test all the equipment they put in the shop and they would give best what fits you. Plus the price they give as competitive as other shops.

If you need to rent a snowboard in Zermatt, this should be the ONLY place you look. The equipment is the absolute best and the prices are competitive if not lower than some other shops that will rent you entry-level gear. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

I went to the snowboard shop to have my bindings repaired, which was done quickly and free of charge. Due to the friendliness and the enthusiasm for snowboarding of the personnel, I spontaneously bought a new snowboard. An interesting training about materials and technologies may be included in their sales pitch.

The snowboard section downstairs is the best snowboard shop in Switzerland. I have been living in Switzerland for over a year and this is the best shop I have found so far. It's a proper snowboard shop for snowboarders. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
