Doctor services are good but management need to improve their services. There are miscommunication. Yaha jao waha jao. In a one go they need to give the suggestion or institutions to patient or attendees, what exact to do.

It got a good infrastructure as well as supportive staff..good doctor's though..

Thorogh and professional care was provided for my father for his 20 day stay in the ICU. A big thanks to Dr Umesh Gupta and his team for the treatment and the amazing support provided by Mr Pritam and Ms Vandana from the admin and the radiology team. My child hand was burnt 2nd degree. They had done 10 dressings till now and now suddenly they claimed that it was our fault that we asked them to apply silver nitrate cream. Now they are asking us to see a surgeon. This is a new hospital, they do not want the patients to heal instead they want to earn the money they have invested. For each dressing, I am paying 300-400 Rs. Also, while we were in the emergency, the staff was not even able to hold my child, he was crying like hell and the staff does not seem to care. The staff seems to be very inexperienced. You cannot trust them. They do not even pity on the child. The reviews are seemed to be put on by staff as no patient has actually told the illness and they are promoting the doctors by name. Now, i am worried what if my child's hand has got infection. In the last dressing, they told it is ok and there is no need for further dressing. In my 15 days experience, I will say I am more tensed.

There is no provision to post on the answer of Akash health care, else I would have posted my reply on the same. I was contacted by Akash HEalth Care and I told them about the treatment I received and how every time I was told it is the last dressing and again there was need of dressing and finally they said now you need to see a surgeon. we saw the surgeon as well and again there was a need of 5 more dressings and now they told us it is third grade burn which was earlier second grade burn.I also told them that instead of treatment in the emergency, they asked to get the registration done first. I don't know what action they have taken. I did not go to this hospital again and I got treatment from another doctor. I don't know how the surgeon could comment whether my child is doing fine when we are not getting any further treatment from here. Akash Health Care offered to get treatment from them but I was terrified to see them again as I am not sure whether I will get the right treatment.

My father was admitted in akash hospital sector 3 dwarka on 16 oct 2020. The entire hospital is full of greedy people .they only talk about money (consultant finacal ms.Anjali ) not for the patient condition improvement .these people are not corona warriors these are butchers only will keep ur patients in ventilator just make 6-7 lacs . three doctor (dr.vikram jeet , dr. Saroj , dr parinita kaur )had handle my father case . Dr vikram jeet said ur father come out in ICU and condition is good . You can discharge ur father on 28 oct. When next day I visit hospital suddenly dr said now ur father condition was not good he is suffering his low oxygen level now he is not able to discharge They gave heavy dose to my father because his blood become dark , Anxiety , and low oxygen level . After two days my father condition was worst because of doctors careless behaviour they can't see my father properly. 1 November doctors declared my father was died because he had brain stock . doctors only gives excuses they all are butchers not doctors they are doing business for income. The big highlights is this hospital on Sunday no senior doctors available what a hospital. I lost my father , so please if you love your family never go this hospital.

People are not treated equally. Good care is extended only to those who are from well to do people.

They charge unexpected amount of money from a new patient and if you went there before they give you some kind of special treatment...it should be opposite..staff make you angry as they want money money thats it.... infrastructure is good but are you going to hospital for infrastructure?

Aakash people are very good with their emergency cases, I went to their emergency with a friend few days back and they organised everything in no time. I believe this is what a hospital should be like, a patient needs care and attention and aakash provides it well.

Good Hospital. ! I was admitted in the hospital for Dengue and doctors there treated me well. The nursing and support staff were professional and good who were always ready whenever we required them. Twice visits of doctors in a day ensured that my treatment was done in the right way.

Also, not only for the patients, there are good facilities for their attendants as well. Attendants can order food to the room (24/7) at reasonable price.

I was admitted there for 5-6 days and I got discharged after proper treatment.

Doctors are very attentive and helpful. Staffs are also good. Newly started and well maintained. Cost is also average. All diagnostic and radio facilities are available. Reports and prescriptions are linked. Any patient can see all history in website.

Orthopedic treatment at Akash is great. Under the guidance of Dr Sudhir Kapoor, Dr Ashish, Dr Jahangir my daughter was recovered completely. The staff who attended us

I don't see like this fraud hospital, money making hospital in dwarka

For govt pannel this is a worst hospital i have ever seen. They didn't give appointment as per cghs rate, they always says that appointments are full, u will get appointment in the next month. And if u want appointment u have take 'Premium 'appointment. For this premium appointment which costs more than 3times of cghs rate..

Fake hospital
My son was having pain in his stomach from last 2days, so yesterday i have shown him in emergency.
So the hospital guys are charging extra charges in emergency just for consulting with the doctor charges like surgery charges and when asked them they have no answer for this charges.. add on to this at the reception they are considering a 14year boy as 4year baby and mix-matching the name and the gender with other patients.

Good place when it comes to medical treartment cost effectiveness, better quality treatment wih highly qualified doctors under one roof.

Very commercial . More of a business place where they are motivated ONLY to make huge profits, treatment comes second.

Opthalmologist Dr. Prashant Chaudhary is such a great doctor. He is very friendly and possesses a helping nature towards his patients. Along with that, his assistants were way more supportive. Thanks to all of you.

I would hv rated negative if it was there. I think most of d positive response are from there staff only. About hospital i will not recommend to anyone. Our patient got admitted in hospital and doctors suggested for stent for which we refused and also we refused for the lab tests related to stent surgery.. At the time of discharge we were charged with those tests which were never performed. We raised question and then they said sanples were taken in morning at 6:00 am which is not true. To prove their statement they gave us a report which does not have sample number timings in report also have mistakes. On above of d page timing written is 8:48 and on on d downside it is 8:38. No logo of lab or akash hospital. My god we were shocked. Such a big hospital and frauds like this. Have reported this issue to the seniors and waiting for their response.

Excellent and quick service with accurate diagnosis

Leechers, Incompetent and Pathetic. These are the three words I can use to describe them. They are like vultures always trying to snatch your hard earned money. Recommend those procedures which are unnecessary, make patients wait for long hours, as if they are the kings and we are their slaves. One department has no clue what other does and it seems you are talking to two different hospitals. Sum of the story is do not risk your life by visiting these freaks

I can't express my gratitude for this hospital and its staffs. I got a new life by Dr.Rakesh Pandit and Dr. Ankit Tuteja . They were always stood beside me like a family member and treated me from deadly CORONA VIRUS. This is a new life to me, given by Akash Hospitals Doctors and Staff. In this pandemic situation when no other hospitals wants to admit a Corona patient Sweta Jaiswal senior employee of Akash Hospital helped me to get admitted in this hospital. In Aakash Hospital everything was good except behaviour of few nursing staff. 1-2 nursing staff was not cooperative and also they have lack of knowledge. Moreover of any doctor prescribed some medicine Or blood test.. I would take too much time to indent Or examine the same. This must be shortened. Rest housekeeping, food service was upto the mark. One more thing I would like to add on that RMO doctor don't pay their regular visit.. This must be correct

Best thing about Akash Healthcare is turn around time for all the services is good. Special thanks to Dr Parinita Kaur for guiding the correct prescription and treatment.

Another money guzzling machine in form of tests. Even staff is not good, looked frustrated. Not recommended even for a simple viral test.

Misguided about the treatmeant. Hospital officials are into management more than finding the best and cheapest treatmeant for the patients. If you are under any pannel then be ready to pay your savings.

Don't go there if u don't have soo much money. Bcoz they take sooo much extra money like that hospital charge is 700 Rs and after that they charge registration fees also that is 150 Rs extra and if u want to check diabetes test which u can check from outside that is only 50 Rs but they charge125 Rs for that only for 1 time nd 1 more thing is they will say that u have to give all the test samples from here only So i will not recommend this hospital never

I do not want to write a wrong word here but seeing my negative experiences of some people, my words are getting disturbed. I have just come here four days back and told my father to do CABG, to what extent Will be right.

But so far the experience has been good

Changing the review rating to 1 star after 6months.
1. Nurse station is still a mess.
2. Came on time for appointment but billing took almost 20mins and then the doctor left for a round. He came back after 30mins and now the appointment queue piled up. For a private hospital, the coordination and service experience is degrading continously and getting worse.
3. Would not recommend to anyone who expect a timely and flawless service.
Earlier Review - 3 Stars - Expected a little more organized. Nurse station at ground floor is a mess. How can you expect a patient to stand in a queue for 15mins? Doctors are mostly great and give their honest opinion.

We had worst experience at this hospital .My friends grandfather is in coma due to their non-cooperative team. This hospital is very expensive but their quality not up to their charges . I do not recommend anyone to this hospital . Please share to everyone...

Iam posting this feedback exclusively for Dr. Gaurav Jain who is looking after Neonatal facility of Aakash Hospital. He doesn't have manners to speak with females. He really need to learn how to behave. My niece was born in the same hospital and since it was a C section delivery my sister was kept in recovery room and baby was sent to nursery. We kept waiting to hear from the team inside as in when can we get the baby and shift the baby to room. So I just stepped near the door of nursery to ask about the status where Dr. Gaurav Jain came out of his room and started yelling at me and threatened me saying that he would handover my baby without vaccination. I am still scared whether he did complete vaccination formalities for my niece or handed her over like that only. That i would figure out later. He is insanely rude and need to learn humanity.

I would like to request the management of Aakash Hospital to please dnt put down your reputation by having such a Doctor in the team.

This was not the first time I happened to have a visit to Aakash Hospital. My dad was also admitted here last year, also my other family members do visit Aakash Hospital for any kind of emergencies. After seeing the attitude of Dr. Gaurav Jain I have remonstrance.

Worst Doctor highly unsuitable,shouldnot be having him in the system. He is good for Nursing homes only not for the hospital like Aakash.

My mother was admitted in Aakash Healthcare.It was a very comfortable stay for her.We had a nice experience with the staff and Doctors at Aakash. We really liked the services and the care provided to her.A special mention of Dr Akshay Budhraja and Dr Ankit Agarwal under whose care my mother was affectionately cared for. Dr.Ankit not only made daily visit to my mother but also daily updated us about her health status.We were patiently heard and my mother's concerns were swiftly addressed.
Overall a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Worst Hospital, and my Grandfather is in coma because of inexperienced doctor , Dr Madhukar Bhardwaj(Neurology Consultant) was taking care of my grandfather case, and due to his irresponsibility he is in comma. one day before DR. Madhukar told us that , my grand father is fine and they will shift him in normal ward on next day, But in ICU they did not take care of him , due to this next day he was in comma and Dr Bhardwaj left the city early morning . This hospital does not take care of patients , they want only money nothing that. I have never seen such kind of business oriented hospital , they all are focus on making huge profit.
