Changing the review rating to 1 star after 6months.
1. Nurse station is still a mess.
2. Came on time for appointment but billing took almost 20mins and then the doctor left for a round. He came back after 30mins and now the appointment queue piled up. For a private hospital, the coordination and service experience is degrading continously and getting worse.
3. Would not recommend to anyone who expect a timely and flawless service.
Earlier Review - 3 Stars - Expected a little more organized. Nurse station at ground floor is a mess. How can you expect a patient to stand in a queue for 15mins? Doctors are mostly great and give their honest opinion.
