Started with 2 other lenders before discovering Chris Rezk at Gateway Capital Mortgage to refinance our second home condo. With his wealth of knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry, Chris not only clearly and patiently answered every question we had, and there were many, but his sound advice gave us confidence to proceed with the refi knowing we were getting the best deal available. His timely responsiveness to our every inquiry and outline of next steps throughout the process alleviated the anxiety we had initially experienced with the other lenders, and we felt Chris had OUR best interest in mind from start to finish. I am absolutely satisfied with the service Gateway Capital Mortgage has provided me and my husband in the process of getting a loan. I am a real estate agent in Miami, and I help a lots of people getting a property, as a result I also know many mortgage and loan officers in Miami. None of them could give me the lowest interest rate and the lowest fees. I decided to go with a company I knew nothing about, even my title agent (and friend) told me I was crazy on trusting to process my loan with a company I knew nothing about. We closed on the house witrhin 30 days. The realtor couldn t believe that Gateway Capital Morgage got things done so quickly-she said most FHA loans take at least 6 weeks! I personally give 5 stars! I have closed and refinanced more than half a dozen times. I wish I had come across Gateway Capital and Charles Tadros much sooner. They were fantastic. The personal attention Charles puts into your account is second to none. Very responsive and always clear, open and professional in dealing with you. He treats your account like if it was his. This was my first refinance on my own. I looked around for quite some time and found Gateway Capital. They had the lowest rates around. I had a good experience refinancing with Gateway Capital. Their rates are competitive but their service is exemplary. If I emailed a question, it was usually answered within hours.

Kudos!!! Kudos to Charles Tadros and his team at Gateway Capital Mortgage. I am a disabled veteran and don't have the resources to pay high closing or down payments for my mortgage needs. So, I did my research and with help from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), I found Charles and Gateway Capital Mortgage. Hi have not looked back ever since. Charles and his team helped me with my initial home purchase. Then, 4 years later, he and his team helped me refinance my VA home loan, so that, I could get cash out to modify my home to make it disability accessible for my physicals needs. Even though, most financial institutions won't even bother to assist a lowly disabled veteran like me, it is refreshing to see a company like Gateway Capital Mortgage and Charles show genuine concern and the willingness to go over and beyond their call of duty disabled veterans like myself. Ditto, the previous reviews are spot on. Nevene Tadros assessed my moms condo for a reverse mortgage and found she could not get it unless her building was FHA. She offered to come to the buildings board and guide them on how to qualify for FHA, at no cost. Who does that? Really went above and beyond. You simply cannot go wrong with GCM.

Gateway Capital Mortgage clearly separated themselves from ALL other mortgage options in getting my loan closed. The entire team from top to bottom earned my trust as a customer. Not only with their quality service and hard work, but also by DOMINATING all the traditional large banks. Not only was Gateway a great rate up front with no messing around with hokey pokey games, points and rates and fees, but the title company came to our house exactly on time and was very professional and competent.
