So knowledgeable! Because they are a brokerage they have access to every bank's programs, they really cater the loan to you nor try to sell you on the loan of the month. I currently have 4 seperate mortgage loans through them. The last one, was incredibly difficult circumstances, it was 70% renter occupied. They were the only ones that found a program that would accommodate the loan! I always shop it out, and they always have the best rates and programs.
