I'm a retired finance guy and over the years have refinanced my houses and mortgages, many times with varying degrees of success. Two months ago, I called on Gateway Capital to help refi my daughter's condo. They were great. Chris/Jill did an excellent job explaining the process and kept me informed each step along the way. In the end I was very satisfied with both the new mortgage my daughter ended up with and how we were treated. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
