Ditto, the previous reviews are spot on. Nevene Tadros assessed my moms condo for a reverse mortgage and found she could not get it unless her building was FHA. She offered to come to the buildings board and guide them on how to qualify for FHA, at no cost. Who does that? Really went above and beyond. You simply cannot go wrong with GCM.
