Overall process was very fluid from my first contact with Michael to signing the closing documents in my home. I do believe I secured the best rate available. Michael answered my questions in an understandable way where I felt confident my closing costs were reasonable and fair. In between, Nicole was very prompt and efficient working with my documentation and supplying the lender with needed information in a timely manner. I never got the feeling my file was unattended to at any time during the process. Again, A+ work from top to bottom from the Gateway Capital Mortgage crew. I have already recommended them to a friend. My wife and I are very satisfied!
