Do not take your car here they told me to take my car to the dealer for a simple problem and try to charge me $131.00 to look at the car.

I had my brakes serviced and received an oil change on 4/22/17. Fantastic service from a very professional and friendly manager named Rich and the staff. Brand new and very clean facility. I highly recommend.

I came in as a walk in without an appointment, they got my vehicle in fast and serviced it without being hasseled. I applied for credit and record a auto insurance quote. Thank you Brenda for the great great service.

Poor lack of communication. Missing 2 days of work because I wasn t updated on when EXACTLY my vehicle would be ready. Brought in my car Saturday morning around 9am, spoke to the receptionist at the front desk about my issue and got a quote on the service, after that I proceeded to hand over my keys. (Since I was told the service would take up to 2 hrs) Called the same day around noon to see if they even started working on the vehicle..got told they d call me once done (mind you they close @ 4 on Saturday & closed on Sunday.) 3pm passes & I viewed my phone around 3:30pm & called AAA 45 mins later & got no answer. Of course 4pm flys. No voicemail. No email. No thing. Oh did I happen to mention my wife is pregnant ? That s right, they left us stranded basically. I say that because the keys to our apt is attached to the car keys. This may just be our biggest L of 2020 honestly. Don t make the mistake we made. ASK QUESTIONS DON T ASSUME

I don't know whats going on with this Place but it was my 1 time letting my car go there, AAA has offer me to let my car go there fr a mechanic issue my car was toll at 945 am I went there at 145 to 2 pm to check on it when I get there the guy on the front told me the car just arrive I don't even stay that far from that place so please someone explain that too me how could my car get there at 2pm and I stay 15 mn away and then I ask him how can my car just get here the guy was talking to me like I was rude fr asking about my car and how can this possible if my car gt toll at 945am and get to AAA Shop at 2pm, they say there was going to call me to let me know how much fr the fix and blah blah at the end of the day I never received no Call or anything what's so ever. No offense there but if I knew I could it just tell AAA to the car the shop by my house.....So yeah I don't know but that's kind of weird about how that my car get there so late.

I was pretty bummed because I was prepared to do one thing and it turned into many. Anthony did an amazing job explaining and actually showing me what repairs were necessary. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I am grateful for his expertise and his demeanor instilled confidence. Nichole was also very kind and professional. Both are an asset to the company. Although my pocket was lighter, I felt better and safer when I left. Thank you Nichole and Anthony for an awesome experience.

Having your car break down is stressful. Brenda and her team made the repair process pain free with excellent and quick service. They fixed my car in less than a day and went above and beyond driving me to work nearby so I didn t have to Uber!

I sent my VW Jetta to have it serviced on Monday, Nicole was excellent with updating me on the status of what was going on with my car, she explained to me what I needed to have done, I wasn't able to get it done because of financial reasons and they were understanding , gave me my options and we went from there.

Super helpful - honest report on work needed for a tune-up and tire replacement for my Kia, and fair prices. They even provided a quick computer diagnostic for free on a truck I was considering to buy (it's check engine light was one) - thanks to this report I learned it was a clunker and didn't proceed with full diagnosis or purchase. Convenient location and good hours.

I went in for an International License. The place was busy, but I was in and out within 20 minutes. The only issue I had was the poor attitude from the young lady at the counter. It felt like I was a bother from the start and got worse when I said no to joining AAA.

There customer service is horrible, they will talk about you thinking they can't hear you.They will not help you and product is useless.waste of time and money. It took them 2 hours to put a spare tire on

I visited AAA on Friday Sept 8th. I was given a flyer with 3 options for oil change. The facility was clean although new and the employees were very friendly! They waited on me and was out before the expected time. Very good service and I will come back again! Although, I have to get a synthetic oil change, with the coupon I got the works ex, oil change, tires rotated, alighnment check and 21 point check, and air conditioned checked. Wow, what a bang for your buck!

Brenda is fantastic, fair, and always explains any issues. They are trustworthy. If you do not have an appointment- show up before they open and they can normally get you in- you may have to wait but they have a kid friendly waiting room. With tv/toys/internet access/snacks

In and out within an hour for a tire rotation and oil change. Great customer service. The workers are very kind and professional especially the service advisor, Eugene Williams. He took good care of us and gives us nice updates on our car. If you ever go there ask for Eugene.

Wow what a place. I walked in and looked around and felt good about being a member of AAA. They have a staff devoted to membership services. They also have the auto service .Oil changes are inexpensive. The best part about AAA.....an air station in the parking lot that is absolutely free.
