Poor lack of communication. Missing 2 days of work...
Poor lack of communication. Missing 2 days of work because I wasn t updated on when EXACTLY my vehicle would be ready. Brought in my car Saturday morning around 9am, spoke to the receptionist at the front desk about my issue and got a quote on the service, after that I proceeded to hand over my keys. (Since I was told the service would take up to 2 hrs) Called the same day around noon to see if they even started working on the vehicle..got told they d call me once done (mind you they close @ 4 on Saturday & closed on Sunday.) 3pm passes & I viewed my phone around 3:30pm & called AAA 45 mins later & got no answer. Of course 4pm flys. No voicemail. No email. No thing. Oh did I happen to mention my wife is pregnant ? That s right, they left us stranded basically. I say that because the keys to our apt is attached to the car keys. This may just be our biggest L of 2020 honestly. Don t make the mistake we made. ASK QUESTIONS DON T ASSUME
