I have been shown warm and professional service by tow truck drivers (2x!) and the personnel at this location! Brenda and Nicole at the service center and the mechanics working on my car have been wonderful. They have given me good service, and helped me even though I'm physically handicapped. Specs on my car have been consistent and properly priced. Thank you!

Don't get discouraged about the wait I promise. you'll be where did time go, warm and comfortable waiting area,coffee, snack machine, wifi, tv, nice clean facility and bathroom, nice and friendly staff, thanks Nicole for your professional and great customer service skills and also Mcds right across the lot, I'm pleased and you will be also.
Was given a free oil change. Once car was looked at technican said the oil cap was stripped. Ended up paying total of $24.55 for a oil cap. Very dissatisfied with the service there.
Nicole showed exceptional service and generosity when it comes to taking care of her customers and I really appreciate you guys having her here because she is very very good at what she does

I travel to Chicago for a family function and while in town had a noise problem with vehicle that became more pronounced with daily travels. I ended up searching AAA places near hotel and made an early morning appointment to this place. The service support team took my vehicle in and within an hour diagnosed my issue. The service was outstanding! The technician had thoroughly explained the issue and fixed the minor problem that resulted in one very satisfied customer. My cost were minor compared to the outstanding service by mechanic Tony Dorkin, service representative Meriano Robles and Store Manager Breda Johnson. AAA has some great people working here!
Brenda from AAA is awesome! She is the facility manager and is more than insightful with letting you know what s going on with your car. She is honest and let s you know what you need and what they can and can t do. I feel like she always goes the extra mile when I need help with my car. Service from this facility is always great. Customer service is always above average which is rare at majority places you go to. I go here for all my car care needs. Try them out and see for yourself.
My experience with AAA thus far has been exceptional. The welcoming salutations from all employees are very warm; and the time spent with Ms. Brenda Johnson and Ms. Jessica Skuby is beyond great. Very informative! Thank you for such great service.
The customer service at this location is superb and deserves 5 stars as they do whatever they can to help and please the customer however if only my vehicle ran off of lollipops and gumdrops I could give this location 5 stars, but it doesn't. I brought (DROVE) my car in and when they had "fixed" the issue my car was un-driveable? Left it so they could try to see what the issue was since they had not fixed the issue and my car was worse after the fact (shut off and would not turn back on while I was driving). They did offer to take my car to the dealership, and cover the cost of the diagnostic but I currently don't have a car that's driveable to get myself or my child from point A to point B which sucks. I would probably stick with my local mechanic in the future or a mechanic with more experience
Called at 0900 for an Oil change appointment they told me to come now. I got there at 9:30 ish. Received $20 off my oil change and just after 10:30 I m headed home. Very good service, clean professional! I even got a quote on auto insurance while I waited. Top notch service!
AAA tow truck arrived as scheduled and delivered vehicle to repair facility promptly. Major engine repair was done in a timely and courteous manner and appears to have been done well as vehicle responds properly.
I was able to get in and get out in relatively good time. Ms Johnson was polite, very helpful and " a ray of sunshine" , this morning as I had just gotten off from work and a bit tired. Thank you ...
My transfer case for my all wheel drive literally exploded and while the Chrysler dealership tried to stiff me Nicole Jones here at AAA on 93rd and western were kind, courteous, caring, and really took care of me. Thank you AAA and thank you Nicole!!!
You must make an appointment otherwise your wait could be very long. Having said that, I had an appointment and was registered and serviced as expected.
Brenda was great and professional. She has a very warm and kind attitude. She worked with me and explained everything so that I would understand what was going on with my car. I went to pep boys and they said I needed an air compressor but after Brenda checked it all I needed was for my air to be recharged. .
Nice facility. Friendly staff; BUT, excessively long wait times and the service is questionable. I would not recommend unless you are in a bind, and then you better know what your car needs.
I walked in with no appointment for an oil change (they accept walk-ins until 2 pm). My car has over 120,000 miles. It needs synthetic high mileage oil. After they finally brought my car into the garage, I thought I should asked what type of oil they would be using. The service agent told me regular oil would be used. I told him that my car needs a high mileage synthetic, and the service agent very defensively responded, "Well did you tell us that is what you need?"
When I take my vehicle to any reputable service center, I don't expect to have to tell the mechanics/service guys what to do, I am expecting for them, as the experts, to assess and recommend to me.
Even after waiting almost four hours as a new walk-in customer, I told them to stop immediately (thank goodness I stopped them before the mechanic had started to change the oil), got my keys, got in my car, and ran for the hills.
Four hours of my day wasted.
Go to the 91st and Western facility only if you have the whole day to wait and you know what your car needs so that you can tell the mechanics there what to do.
We took our car in for a free coupon for oil change. Very pleased with the service. Definetely will return to get other maintenance done after they sent a card telling us what else was needed. Definitely will go back once I make the appointment. Fast, and great customer care
I would like to personally thank the staff at AAA, Brenda in particular, for being professional, courteous, and considerate in regards to handling my unfortunate mishaps. Brenda took the time to walk me thru the process, she detailed my options, and made me feel in control and wasn't trying to up sell me or pressure me into doing more than necessary. In dealing with the auto care facility, I was given the upmost respect. Every procedure was explained to my satisfaction. Ms. Johnson helped me tremendously during a hard time when my car finally died out. There was no pressure on what to do with the car. I really appreciated her listening to me. I will return with my new car.
AAA has been servicing my car for a while. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of because they always let me know what needs to be fixed before they fix it and what it's going to cost so there are no surprises. I appreciate their attention to detail. Also, I've tried to top my mechanic 2x and he has refused so AAA takes care of their employees.
I recently told my employer about AAA so he has me bring in my work car.
Service is pretty quick. I love how you can see them working on your car. They literally get cars in and out of there. I walked in and was out in an hour and 15mins. Probably the shortest wait time ever for me. I ll definitely be back.
Everyone I spoke with at this facility was nice. Even the other customers. Waiting area is comfy and has a charging station for various phones.
I received a free oil change for being a new aaa member so I thought I would give it a try...It took over two weeks to get a appointment. The place was clean and they took my car in right away. The part I did not like is they have a whole list of services they check eg. tire pressure brakes,anti freeze, washer fluid,etc. I don't think anything was done!!! I had 34psi in one tire 45psi in another ...so that was never looked at !!! when I got home I checked the oil!!! That was ok....
It was my first time going to this facility. I asked when I made the appointment if they dealt with transmission problems. The lady who gave me the appointment said yes. When I dropped off my car I told them about the noise, and my mechanic told me it was my transmission and to get another opinion. AAA diagnostic test, which I paid 99.99 for gave me a list of parts to buy and a bill of 2200.00. I bought the parts because the man at the desk at AAA told me that was the problem. He told me I know why your car is making the noise. The new parts cost me1000.00, were put on by my mechanic of 35 years who worked for Ford. The car had the same noise with all new parts that AAA told me to buy. The problem with AAA at 91st western is poor quality service and overpriced opinion. They gave a opinion and not a diagnosis of the real problem. When I spoke with AAA, the man at the desk denied me telling him about the transmission problem, and he said what you want me to do about it. I only went there because it was in the neighborhood. I am a senior, and I have never felt so disrespected in my life by this facility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone their. Be careful where you go. Buy the way I got 2 other opinions and it is the transmission. I am with out a car now because of listening to AAA on 91st and western. I will have to save to get my car fix.
My car was giving me so much trouble but AAA as always there to help..great customer services..my car running like new and all parts are under full warranty! Can't beat that! Worth every dime!
Brenda Johnson has went above and beyond service. Her excellent service skills have shined beyond five stars. After dealing with my situation with a car for my college student and concern for his car being on the road. I'm truly greatful for her honesty.
The facility is awesome, it's always clean and shiny. All the front desk people (in the auto section) are honest, knowledgable and friendly. I have always received excellent service and Brenda so nice..keep her.
The Only Black worker @AAA on 91st Western.. Just informed me that, it's to cold 4 him 2 come out of garage to put air n tire.. mind u, their self service air pump n parking lot is broke that's the only reason I went to him. But If sm of these half workin Lazzyyy black men dont get their ish 2gether.. we r freakn doomedddd... #ThrowTheWholeManAway #HeDefBttrCountzHisDays... ppl crazy out here .. but he def gon get hurt up there 1day.. #AttitudeIsImportantWork.. This place need more training with the way the intetact with custmers.. Sad part about it is, I'm a AAA MEMBER GOING ON 6 YEARS.. I felt very disrespected , & violated .. I cant go bck there... I really want to fail a complaint... not sure how.
Brenda really brightened my day! My car would not start. They ran a diagnostic Test and determined that I did not need a starter At all. They determined quickly that it was a problem with the sensor inside the key not The starter! All I had to do was bring my extra Key to start the car!! Throughout this process, Brenda was really helpful. She called several times to update me on the status of the car, which I appreciate So much because I need my car for work Needless to say I am a happy & satisfied customer!!!! Thank you Brenda!
Customer Service was excellent. Communication to detail was excellent. I would like to thank Brenda Jackson the Facility Manager for being articulately precise in her communication to me. I didn t feel as a woman like I was misinformed about anything and that I really appreciate. I will bring my car back again!
Benda and the staff at the Evergreen Park facility are terrific. The service was fast. The prices were reasonable. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable while I waited for an oil change and windshield washer pump replacement.
My wife and I spent WELL OVER $2000 for service of a 2003 Honda Civic that was overheating. We spent lots of money on parts and the problem was never resolved. I took the car to the dealership and they informed me that I needed a head gasket for the engine. My wife followed up with AAA to inform them of our findings, and they did NOTHING. They did nothing about a problem that they simply misdiagnosed. The bad thing is that they were having a problem with a car just like ours at the service center.
Brenda assisted me with my car service today and the service was absolutely fantastic. She is very professional and very knowledgeable about cars. I think she is a great asset for AAA. She s awesome

I usually always like to make an appointment when I need my car serviced, which is why I schedule an appointment online. However of the 3 times that I've scheduled an appointment online they have called to tell me that it's not available. Their website needs to be updated to be able to actually reflect the correct availability for appointments. The service has been satisfactory once I'm there.
The manager called me back when my first appointment was taken and made another one. They kept me updated as to the repairs they needed to make. Points off for the cost, which was over $1,000, but discounts did bring the cost down just under the mark. They tried!
