I visited the Evergreen Park location on Feb. 15th 2017 and I had a horrible experience. Long story short the lady at the front desk Terry called my 6 yr old a little punk! I reported her to the branch manager who said she would be reprimanded for what she said. she also refunded me what I paid them for the year which was only $140. My son talks about it all the time and now I wondering if this has scared him........ needless to say I will never return to this location.
I am responding to the comment above.... Your personal relationship doesn't have anything to do with my experience at aaa. In no way shape or form should terry have called my son a PUNK! period! it was very unprofessional. She does not know me or my 6 year old son. I took what she said as derogatory! and nobody can change that, you can't possibly call a child a punk and think they'll take it in a good way. His feeling were hurt! and any parent in their right mind would be just as upset as I am!

I have been to this location several times and I am informed on each visit they could not operate on my vehicle because they are extremely overloaded. Oil changes are well over a two hour wait with an appointment and anything as simple as a tire fix or changing a bulb/fuse is a long wait or appointment. Brand new building and must have tons of service with a small staff.
Nicole helped me out with my service she was a great service rep and she helped me out with great knowledge and satisfaction thanks alot nicole. Ksmith
I called before i came in to check my brakes. Brenda got my vehicle in and checked it out in a timely manner. Great service i will be back to sign up for membership.
I paid $497 for a sensor to be replaced on my 2009 Mitsubishi Galant (At least that's what AAA told me what needed to be replaced) because and after I drove away the service engine soon light came back on. I brought my vehicle in because this light was on...So right now I feel screwed over.
I am happy with the service received. Nicole the service rep. Was very courteous, and the work was done in a timely fashion as stated, also recommendation as to other auto maintenance was very much appreciated.
I have had some bad luck with tires this summer and have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this AAA location. From the moment you walk in the doors, you are greeted with a smile, kindness and most important-honesty! Brenda is insightful and goes over all details. Eugene was wonderful and helped me go over my options. I will only take my vehicle to this location, and trust them. Thanks for making my experiences so pleasant!
This AAA car repair shop is for real! These guys have excellent customer care and maintenance at affordable prices. You won't get ripped off here and they'll take good care of your car and you. I ve been coming here for the last couple years to get oil changes and other maintenance for my car. Always had amazing experiences. The place is always very clean and the staff is usually very helpful and nice. Until my most recent visit. I had a failing triple aaa battery in my car with a warranty so it shouldn t had been to hard to get replaced, correct? Wrong. This is probably my worst maintenance experience ever. Demetrick was extremely rude and unhelpful. The only people who were helpful were Mark and Nicole. I ve been a triple aaa member for over 10 years and I don t see myself spending another dime at this facility.
Well kept and welcoming location. Great customer service, Brenda is very personable and great to work with. This location has taken good care of me and my car, I would recommend to others.
Soooooooo let me tell you guys about my experience with this particular service facility- it started out with me calling AAA for a simple tow to my dealership s service center due to some problems making my vehicle inoperable. When the tow truck driver arrived he suggested this place instead of my dealership because it would save me money on diagnosis, parts and labor. So I canceled my appointment with my service dept and had him take the car to Evergreen Park Car Care Plus. This was a Tuesday. I was told that I would receive a call from the facility upon receipt of my car. I waited hours and no call, finally I called them and spoke to a woman named Nicole who told me that the person who does diagnostic testing had a heavy load that day and was off the next day so there was no guarantee he d be able to get to my car before the end of the day. She said that he d be in on that following Thursday, and that she d have information about the problems with my car by Friday at the latest. Seemed like a long time to wait for a diagnosis, but I didn t mind waiting until Friday (I mean, they re saving me money so I ll wait a couple days). Friday came- no call. I waited until Monday, thinking perhaps the mechanic came back to a ton of work and got delayed (I m a reasonable person). Monday I called to check on the status, spoke to a woman named Brenda (pretty sure that was her name) who initially told me that my vehicle needed a smoke test (whatever that is) but the smoke testing machine unfortunately was out for service......so at this point I m realizing this is not a good start to a business relationship and because I ve been dragged around by auto shops before, I decided to have my vehicle towed from there to my original destination- my dealership s service center. Brenda was nice and assured me that there would be no cost since no service was done. Fine. I had just dialed the customer service number for AAA to request another tow, when Brenda called me back. She then tells me I spoke with Nicole, who you talked to last week, and she says she called you over the weekend and some young lady answered and she gave her all of the information regarding your car and the mechanic recommendations ....... At this point I m confused! Ma am NO ONE has called me, no one has talked to me about my car until I spoke with you a few minutes ago. And there is no young lady in my home or that would have been around me at all this past weekend, what s going on? Nicole also claimed that a man stopped by the shop and she explained to him as well. WHAT YOUNG MAN? Who are these people she s claiming to have spoken to??? Why would I lie about not getting the information? I m trying to get my vehicle serviced!
Of course by this point I m upset, because NICOLE is flat out lying to save face after failing to follow up. She made up a young woman, and added an imaginary man and confirmed that it was MY phone number and MY car the strange man came to check on. After some serious back and forth between Brenda and I about Nicole, I decided that I had experienced wayyy to many red flags to trust anything from anyone at this facility. (1st red flag- no call when car was received. 2nd- no call back on Friday when promised. 3rd- still no diagnosis when calling MONDAY. And 4th- the flat out lies!) I immediately removed my vehicle from this place, wasted a week of my time and now I m back at square one- waiting for an appointment with my dealership. I m extremely disappointed in the service I received, but I m glad that I found out BEFORE they did any work. Dishonest people, please beware before taking your car there. I will commend Brenda for being so nice even when I was blowing my top (she s the only reason I m giving 2 stars instead of 1), but Nicole is definitely to blame for her lack of follow up, poor service and flat out LYING when she dropped the ball.
I had a financial hardship and the rep went above and beyond to help me get financing. Even though the financing didn't go through, my car was repaired and I was able pay for the services with a little hardship. Love AAA.
Great service. My car suddenly went out on Wednesday night. I had it towed Thursday to AAA. Car was serviced with alternator, battery and starter. I was very shocked that all this could happen at 1x without warnings. After car was serviced, I drove it out only to see that my fuel gauge was not working. I went back to AAA. The manager Brenda did all she could to make sure they had did nothing wrong. So we assumed the gas floater had gotten stuck due to the sudden shock on the car. Thinking it would be expensive to fix, I got up the next morning and the gauge had popped back in place. So thankful they were willing to help me as much as they could. Good service keep happy customers.
I had my truck towed here a while back. Eugene waited on me and prepare my paperwork for the diagnostic test, and said he would give me a call in the morning. No call the next day or the day after that, so I called and he told me I needed a starter which was very expensive considering the age of the truck and that's what I told him. He calls back with a price slightly lower and I asked if I get the work done would the price I paid for the diagnosis be applied towards the total cost and he said NO. So I didn't get the work done because the total cost with parts and labor would have been over $700. I must add that when I picked up the vehicle I had a much better experience with Rich who gave me a discount on the charge. Overall this place is expensive and has mediocre customer service don't think I'll be returning.
We are Florida AAA members and in early May we stopped by your Evergreen Park office on our way to Glacier National Park since we didn't have a tour book we needed. While talking to Teri at the front desk, she recommended we go by way of North Dakota and northern Montana because that's how she went to Glacier and we had already been through South Dakota years ago. We were glad we took her advice as we saw everything she said we would, including albino bison in Jamestown and wild horses in Teddy Roosevelt National Park.
On our way down to Yellowstone, we were glad we followed her advice again. We saw some sites we didn't know existed that aren't in the tour book, like a monument to Shep the Dog, the grave of actress Myrna Loy (my favorite from the Thin Man movies), and two true ghost towns. After Yellowstone, we traveled US 26 and learned more about the Oregon Trail than we ever knew.
We are back home now after a most memorable trip and we can't wait to travel again in the fall. Believe we'll call Teri before we leave to see if she has some suggestions. Really glad we took home her business card.
Currently, my car is with service for repair. This review is for the excellent customer service I received from Nicole starting with my initial phone call to the AAA Car Center in Evergreen Park. Since customer service is on the decline with most companies, I was pleasantly surprise at how cooperative and helpful Nicole was over the phone. Once I arrived at the center the great customer service continued as she was responsive and took steps to really help me. I am looking forward to writing another great review regarding the car repair service from AAA!
Fast, excellent service & pricing,to great staff & service advisors from Brenda, Meriano, to Rich! And they're great people as well! The waiting area is pretty awesome too! Nice & clean with free coffee or hot chocolate to sip on & enjoy & a flat screen television to watch while u wait! Definitely all thumbs up!

Working it out. I feel that they have worked it out, SAs were excellent, (looking at you Nicole!), and though they could not find a problem with the car, I felt theyworked their tails off trying. Two Thumbs Up!
Eugene was excellent at giving me the exact problem with my vehicle, yes it was a bit costly but overall I needed for it to be fixed and now my vehicle drives as if it came off of the showroom floor. Their customer service was excellent and I was completely satisfied with the quality of service. Thank you
