I am new to A2 hosting. I moved to A2 Hosting because my forms did not work with my original hosting service and the hosting company was unhelpful. I use Rapidweaver with stacks and as soon as I uploaded, everything worked perfectly, right out of the box.

Support via submitted ticket is fast and knowledgeable. A2's hosting support team solved my sites hosting problem in minutes.

After going a bit crazy trying to figure out why a rewrite rule wasn't working as expected. A simple request fixed the problem. All is well in the world again. Thank you Josh. Always pleasant and direct help.

Solved a complex problem concerning emails by editing boxtrapper.

The staff is very unkind. When I entered my data, I entered the country wrong (I just moved) and I received a very threatening email because of my mistake. It seems that the mood in the USA is quite upset. Anyway, I lasted exactly 11 hours as a client.

I was happy with your fast response to my question. This was through Email they answered me back. So often Company,s think that all us customers have to done is patiently Waite for them to maybe get back to you in maybe 48 hours..LOL They should give some more thought to the fact its the 21st Century and RSVP should not be in the 20th Century!!

All in all is not bad, got a very decent deal compared to godaddy and hosting australia. Although they don't have server in Australia, singapore is close enuff and speed is decent, considering the server is not in australia.

I switched from a different host that constantly had issues with not only down time, but I used to get blocked from my server due to their firewall. Since being with A2 if not had any issues. I think the key with hosting is that it's something you can get and forget about. With some hosts, that's not possible, as you constantly have to follow up to make sure things are updated correctly and that your site is indeed online. With A2, I only have to make sure my website itself is good to go, and I don't have to follow up with the host itself. I'm very happy with the service I receive.

I had a question about my account billing, when I first signed up with A2 Hosting. I received an email reply to my website inquiry within 24 hours, from a real person who was actually answering my question (not just a copy/paste of a generic response). I then had a suggestion for how they could improve their invoicing, and again I received a response from a real person, who said they would be forwarding my suggestion to the appropriate department--and again, within 24 hours I received a response from that other department, thanking me for the suggestion.

Best service and regarding the support, they are nice, smart and quick.

I chose A2 because it's uptime is highly rated. I have a handful of little web sites I hope eventually to make money with. My previous provider was not only slow, but downtime was a severe problem. The first thing I noticed about A2 was the speed. Before it would often take 15 seconds for a preview or change to post. As for the downtime, it's only been five days, but there has not been a single instance of downtime. A2's 2 - 4 seconds is impressive. Also, Customer Service has been, for the most part, quite helpful and responsive. I'm quite happy I switched.

A2 Hosting is better than any service I've delt with. Their support people are so good, I wonder where they found such knowledgable, easy to work with people. We found speed to be excellent, but went with the turbo as we benchmarked an average 20% improvement. Not much, but you get what you can with SEO.

Choosing a2hosting last year was a gamble coz its hard to believe good reviews - you know marketing ploy. But the moment my site was transfered from old hosting to a2hosting. The speed, the cpanel were working way way better 1000% . This is not a marketing ploy. My old hosting provider couldnt even run a joomla quick install for a 2nd site plus poor support. My 1st site was installed via their joomla default . But with a2hosting it was smooth and easy. The most important is the support. In the middle last year i got a very good support. Just this week, i got my site down. I thought i lost it. They helped me. They were very attentive. You better check your emails for their quick response. Im no expert in web but im very happy you guys help me as always. Thank you everyone.

In two decades of managing, leading and consulting on digital marketing , A2 Hosting stands out as one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. In 8 days they still never set up my account as promised pre-sale and take 24 hours or more to respond to emails. Run, don't walk away from this company. When I was searching on Facebook, I found their former customers actually formed a Facebook Group where they share their customer service and technical nightmares they experienced at A2 Hosting. I'm not about to join a group to complain about any company, but after 8 days of dealing with them and they still didn't set things up -- which their competitors are able to do within an hour -- I completely understand why that group exists. I could not recommend avoiding a company any stronger. They could not be worse.
