Needed help resolving the renewal of an expired SSL certificate that was hanging in pending limbo. A2Hosting Support was on the case within a few hours, had fixed the issue, and even reinstalled the SSL certificate (Instead of telling me how to do it). Nice work and much appreciated!

I hard a hard time migrating my clients websites and worked with several tech support reps but in the end they we re successful and I look forward to working with A2 and bringing over more of my clients websites. A2 support has been great - migrated my sites and answered all my questions promptly.

When JetPack notified me my website was down, I submitted a ticket. A2 had my website backup within minutes and let me know they were monitoring it. This is important to me and appreciate their quick response.

So much for the fake reviews. My websites are down already for the last 6 days, and a2 takes half a day to come up with a canned, useless reply.

I've got 3 people on my one and only ticket and still they can't provide solutions. They went down to the point where they even wash hands saying they aren't responsible for my downtime and won't bother doing something about my issue - well the fact that my service keeps on getting suspended ( not a billing issue ) WITHOUT notification, and i have to file a ticket for them to unsuspend my VPS means that that it is a hosting issue.

I've been an A2 customer for a really long time - mostly because of their excellent support. My latest support ticket and reply reflected the quick response and superb knowledge I've relied on for years now. Thanks again!

The Knowledge Base docs are comprehensive; the support ticket response time is fast; the automated security scans and patch apps are nice features for staying current on platform upgrades.

I love A2Hosting. Jeffery was completely technically adept, helpful, and pleasant. And he went beyond by sending me an article to help me figure out an issue with a third party service. It was all I needed to help me figure it out. Y'all are just great! I'm moving all my clients to A2. No one else compares to the quality of your tech support!

This company has very untrained support staff, willing to give your hosting account away to phishers with very little evidence. As a software engineer, I do not feel safe hosting my work through A2 Hosting.

Support is very unresponsive. Service quality is mediocre but very expensive. Endurance International Group behavior and attitude, but more expensive.

-- The reply from Justin is their cookie cutter response, as seen in other negative reviews. I had the misfortune of working with Justin which led to the above review. Do not let the positive reviews of brand new accounts/deployments that have not yet seen any load on them fool you.

Very skilled staff, very professional team and they offer unlimited support. They respond quickly. They solved all of my website issue within very short time. I honestly love A2Hosting. Successfully completed 5 years with A2Hosting.

Prompt responses really appreciated in getting my email settings fixed

I had a problem that was a bit technical for me so I asked for some advice. I very quickly had a message back from "Mike J" saying that he had changed the settings for me so that the problem was solved. Definitely a five star service.

These guys are slow to respond to any tickets. Their staff are not knowlegable at all. They refused to issue me a valid EPP so I could transfer my domain AND they messed up my renewal BIG TIME and then tried to blame me for renewing the wrong way when THEIR knowledgable support staff TOLD ME TO DO it.
I became so exhausted trying to leave that I just swallowed it and stayed.
Don't get trapped by these guys. Find another hosting provider, trust me, you'll be happier.

A2 Hosting is one of my favorite web hosts and I would highly recommend them. And I've used a lot of different web hosts over the years! They offer quality web hosting services that come fully loaded with a variety of features. I'm huge fan of their Turbo servers, which have super-fast page load speeds and are fantastic for hosting WordPress. They've got WordPress optimized right of the box for you as soon as you install it. Their uptime is also amazing and my site is always up and running with them. They've also got a lot of tools in place for dealing with spam, such as their Barracuda firewall add-on, which is very useful. It costs extra, but a nice feature for those that are bombarded with email spam.

A2 hosting has great tech support. They are very friendly and helpful to me whenever I ask any questions. I would recommend them highly to anyone interested in hosting web services or simply curious about internet technologies.

Over the last 15 years, I've tried other Hosting services, generally, they are reasonably similar, eg, the cheapies are all slow and less reliable, the higher priced Hosts are faster and more reliable.
Where A2 Hosting creates it's massive difference is when you have a problem, the turnaround time from question to answer is much faster. Even more important, The Support staff will always go much further out of their way to provide, not only good answers, but provide active advice or suggest options you might not have thought of. I now simply consider A2 Hosting as my supplier, by choice

Email communication was thorough and quick and support line (chat) was very helpful - although a little wordy. Answers to questions were more than needed.

The only issue has to do with the email content. No formatting. Just gobs and gobs of words. No paragraph breaks. You have to read very extra carefully.
