Their support people that answer the phone know absolutely nothing, or have been told to tell callers nothing. Their servers were infected by ransonware and apparently they have NO backup.

I run a marketing blog/site and have over 300 members accessing our content on a daily basis which requires a lot of resources. We haven't had any issues since our migration, which is fantastic. The tech lead, Jake William, went above and beyond to investigate the cause of issues and make adjustments to ensure that my website is now upgraded and loading far better than before. These have to be paid reviews I'm reading here. I have been with A2 for about 6 months and I've NEVER experienced a fast turnaround. Typical wait times for chat are over 50 minutes. And today, for example, I waited now close to two hours on my fourth try. The first time, got to number 1 in the queue and "Chris C" left the chat as soon as he showed up, pushing me back to try again.Then, after waiting, another tech "left the chat". This is a frequent occurrence. A2 is really lackluster. I'm now shopping around for another service. On other notes, I have several sites that are consistently down and triggering my uptime monitor service. Only positive thus far has been slightly faster loading sites. But not worth the poor customer service.

I can only recommend to everyone who need fast website. They turboo pack is amazing with a lot of great features.

Until now their windows servers are still down and it's almost 46 hours now and still not clear what is the real issue and worst is there's no ETA on when are they going to resolve it. They also don't have disaster recovery plan when things like this happened so as customer, I feel helpless and hopeless at the same time... I highly NOT recommend this hosting company especially if you're doing business online. Looking for another web hosting company to host my site.

We moved from our original VPS host as they said we would be down for 48 hours to upgrade our server from cento6 to centos7. Within 24 hours with A2 we have the Data Migrated and we were up and running. Great service A2.

I researched the net and tried one code after another... for a day and a half, but I was unable to successfully edit my wp-config.php file to limit my post revisions to 3. So, I finally gave-in and called A2 Hosting support for help. I was immediately put in touch with Justin, in tech support. He was all over it like a stage 4 tornado, and problem solved...Bim, Bam, Boom. I couldn't be happier with the professional, speedy support I received. 5 stars!

I started a2hosting a couple of months ago and am really happy. It is easy to deploy python apps and postgis databases which is the main thing for me. The servicedesk is really fast and helpful. CPanel also has a lot of very nice options and I especially like the easy way to deploy Python apps. SSL was also a question of a simple install so yeah.. definitely recommended!

very slow tech support.
every three days my sites were offline, sometimes lasted more than 1 hour. Those support replied so late that everything was already in order. then they recommended me to take a VPS, everything was fine at the beginning. now for more than 24 hours my server is unavailable, and no one can answer me when they restore it. they say we do everything possible, but do not even give a hint to wait hours or days, or maybe even longer.
I do not know what to do now.
Invalid detachment. They have 100% lack of qualified employees. otherwise, these problems would not be repeated. Now I am waiting for them to get me to at least take the database. they will remain inappropriate.

I am now on a reseller package hosting 7 clients ranging from non-profit to campaign websites and eCommerce sites! My experience with A2 hosting has been exceptional. I have had experience with other hosting companies like GoDaddy, Bluehost, HostGator, and Namecheap, but none have been able to provide a reliable host and awesome online support like A2 hosting. As a business, having your website online with no disruptions plays a huge role in being successful.
