Our law firm website suffered a devastating hack. Our web development team was unable to resolve the issue so we hired numerous professional that could not get it up an running again. In a last ditch effort we called the tech department of A2 Hosting as the site was on their servers.

Here is where it gets good...

Within minutes of providing our support pin, we got technician Scott W. on the line to assist. He completely fixed the issue that crippled our site in about 15 minutes. The very issue that had us offline for over a week while paid technicians failed over and over. I was and still am utterly amazed and in awe. The value of his services was worth more from a financial standpoint comparatively than the cost of hosting a site on A2 for the next century.

...and it was all free simply because we placed our data on A2.

I could never thank this company enough. I could never thank Scott enough.

A2 is great. They are so much better than Siteground it's not even a close comparison. The emails actually work. Siteground's IPs have been blacklisted by many services. Stay with A2

30 hours!!!!!!! We are currently experiencing a service interruption affecting multiple Windows servers, including. Shared and VPS products. Users hosted on these servers will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

I rarely miss a chance to say nice things about the team at A2Hosting, fast, helpful, knowledgeable and always there when you need 'em.

The chat is online 24/7 which makes a huge difference in comparison with other hosting services and the amount we spent constantly on calls to the US to resolve issues with previous hosting suppliers. A2 always fix our issues or create a ticket which an expert gets back to us. I couldnt speak higher of A2. Speed matters but also the service they provide really does make a difference.

You guys have a super server speed and very fast support. I am really happy as this is what I was looking for. I can recommend to anybody!

Service is good. When it comes to Name Registrar in Germany, it is bit longer than normal.

UPDATE: My issue was solved with their help, but the time it takes for them to respond is unacceptable, specially if your websites depend on them ORIGINAL: .Support takes forever to fix issues. Servers are fast but a single error has brought all my hosted domains down. Over an hour and support can't figure it out. Won't be renewing hosting and will look for better quality service.

I rented a VPS with them recently and am surprised of the quality of their service, compared to the price. Helpdesk is very responsive, efficient and helpfull (even with technical issues). I'm considering moving more resources to them over time.

Ive been with A2 for well over a year now and to be honest never used to be a fan of the support as it always referred to a help page and then was left to sort it out.
Recently however they seem to have moved up a gear and now the support is excellent,often fixing problems instead of directing me how to fix them.
Speed of response has greatly improved as well. 5 stars from me

Great pricing, support, and service. I took some time to find a good VPS solution that would suit my erratic and unique needs (minecraft server, web server, image rending, random computing).

To my amazement, I have found the A2 Hosting Support staff to be very prompt, courteous and helpful, regardless of the time of day or night I decide to ask them about something. I'm honestly curious to know how different individuals manage to perform so consistently well. And they always have a solution.

We have used A2 Hosting for several years. I contacted them with some questions about our latest invoice. After a brief discussion with the billing team they recommended an upgraded service. In the end we have better hosting and less cost.

I get alot of spam from users at this host company. I have this crazy feeling most of these reviews are fake. Same hold sounds as other not so honest companies. Until they clean up their users I will keep complaints coming in.
Just want to add this. I spoke to John in tech and he wasn't very cool. Very rude.
Talked to sales and they are way better and sound like they have also been a victim. I will update this post when it is warranted.

Awesome customer service! I moved to A2 Hosting for two reasons,. - (1) my current host increased prices on me without informing me, and i learned they now part of the in-famous EIG hosting. Though I am not an IT professional I know they shouldnt have increased prices without informing me. I had been with that host for 8 years! (2) They are located in Michigan. But after making the move and my first customer support experience I have a third reason to move. The customer service! great!!

I needed help with requesting migration to A2 as I had no clue. These guys were awesome! Love the customer service. From chat to tech support, they walked me through the process with patience and expertise. There was literally no wait time for chat and a minimal wait for tech support. They rock!

I have been with A2 Hosting for many years. I have 2 accounts and what I can truly saw its this: Trust, dedication and excellent customer service. Every issue that has happened to me on my accounts were taken care of fully. In many cases it was detailed out exactly what I needed to do. I have been with a few other companies over the last 15-20 years. Each time I moved away after a year or two. Not in this case. A2 is there every time I need them to help me. At the end of the day, your sites and business needs a trusting company, this is the company. I will not change anytime soon.
