Crowded, not enough seating and very few places to eat or shop. Free WiFi and great views of the sea are the only pluses.

The horrible horrible police man attitude. He was so rude to me and my dog with whom I arrived. I have not seen anything like that before, he was inhuman and unrespectful. I don t wish anybody to have the experience I had.

Extensive airport, divided into 2 terminals. Despite the large number of passengers, the service is very smooth and nice. There is nowhere to go to eat after the security check. The airport is well signposted, despite its size it is difficult to get lost. It's worth taking a look at the cafe at the right end of Terminal 2, there is a very nice view of the tarmac. There is a free shuttle bus between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The tram serving both stops on this route is also free.

Rather pleasant airport with attentive and friendly staff .. at least from my experiences.

The airport itself is not bad, well organized and with all services. The problem is transport. We arrived in the morning with the new tram that stops at the terminal, very comfortable. The problem is that when they returned, landed at 9.30pm, the tram was already out of service. We went to the first bus stop on the promenade and after 40 minutes of waiting, along with many lost tourists, the 70 has finally passed.

Great :-) You have to be there and see, it's a revelation.

Worst airport do not bother withe the place. Nothing ever arrives on time. 40 minutes plus to get your bags. Rude unhelpful staff who can't answer the simplest of questions!!!! Always in strike for utter nonsense!!!!

Excellent airport. Attention to Google Maps - you even said that you can 'get with the lines 98 and 99 but were suppressed. Then from the station of the center of Nice The faut payer 32 Euro of Taxi

This is an OK airport, check in etc was easy. However, once you're through security there are no bars, shops or restaurants (well only a couple which are very over priced). Once you go through to zone b on terminal 1, there is nothing.

A desert ! Strongly return to normal!

The aereopierto me. It seemed very nice in the bars there are very friendly people but on the part of the flight attendants, specifically from the airline, a terrible service, they do not have patience to attend they do not give solutions deplorable service.

Horrible experience. Had a bus to take at 8am and i had arrived late the night before, got kicked out into the cold at midnight, security didn't even let me purchase a water bottle in the vending machines let alone use the restroom. I only gave 1 star since I can't give 0 or less. Staff needs to grow up.

Too easy to get lost on a parking-terminal ride

Missing signs both for car traffic and for pedestrians.

The worst airport ever. From rent car return to terminal 1 takes around 15 mins walking with your luggages. The route is uneven and sometimes you have to cross through the car way without any signal. Only one passport control gate open although around 20 ppl are waiting. The toilet has no toilet seat. The most awful airport you need to avoid it.

One of the worst airports I have ever been to. Extremely rude staff, very few food options and no clean bathrooms.

Quite disappointed by the lack of respect for barrier gestures in the terminal .... Some also put on the mask very badly and nobody said anything even though it was visible!

The most hopeless website - you cannot find several fligths departing or arrival times - middle age - someone will find it charming french ( if they don't have to use it)

The airport itself is not bad, but the attendants at check-in are idlers and parasites. I understand that trade unions and TD and TP, but you need to somehow make them work. You can't treat passengers in a boorish way: the height of impudence is to start a conversation in English, and after receiving an answer that does not suit you, switch to French

For those who leave from Liguria this airport is much more comfortable than to go to Milan. Unfortunately, many flights, especially intercontinental, have to be called so it is sometimes convenient to leave from Milan or Bergamo. For the rest, the airport is clean and well organized. As in that of Genoa when you land it seems to land in the sea

Incompetent staff, really slow at check-in and at security control. They seem lost at time and unsure how to proceed with certain situations. Avoid if possible.

Rude and aggressive staff. Dirty toilets. No one speaks English!!! 45 min to pass the passport check on the way out... Terrible.

It's an airport... of ten years ago... that was recently fully refurbished. Avoid if possible

I will join the group of dissapointed ones. My first time in France,and overall,not really thrilled. In big picture,I am really dissapointed that french people (not expecting for all),but people working at public services etc.. to speak english. But they are failing in this field.
And by statistics,France have the most tourists every year.
My only time that I flew to/from Nice airport,and the return flight was delayed for over 2 hours,keeping us in the bus,in aircraft to wait. You get the picture,parents with children,elder people..midnight was almost approaching,everyone is exhausted and waiting to get to their destination. By the time we were suppouse to be getting closer to Oslo,we just left Nice at that time. Shame.. plus not a norwegian aircraft,but some other...
Regarding Nice.. Pretty nice area by the sea,old town is nice,a few monuments are really nice,lots of shops and coffe shops and nice parks for the kids..Rest of the Nice is just dirty and over crowded,too much traffic and careless drivers.. A few other places that we wanted to see were closed without any note on the web,or picking up the phone,so we got locked doors in our face....
Would suggest you to see Monaco,it is nice and interesting place (not for all the glamure and money),just nice to experiance it. Antibes are nice as well,cute little beach and old town.
But in general,I will avoid France for some future trips...

A very bad experience dealing with the staff of this airport , we were on a kayaking holiday, and were trying to off our kayaks close to departure doors , but we're refused point blank access to the departure area to unload , so we simply had to block the road and carry our equipment , a much longer distance , I will never travel through this airport again .

Ok airport. The terminal design was old but suitable. The food options are really great here (and tasty!) and the prices aren't that bad compared to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Orly. It has a very accessible bus station and free bus transfers between terminals. Also, It is so close to the ocean that you feel like the plan will crash in the sea!

a bit too small, but i find it quite cosy and nice. parking prices are horrible, but that's Nice, what can you say.. :)

Probably the most disorganized check-in I ve ever experienced. Arrived to the airport 2 hours before the IB flight and there were already a few people ahead of me in the priority line. They made us wait about 45 minutes before even starting the check-in process, and once they started, they were so slow that I was wondering if our luggage - and us - would make it on the plane. Needless to say, it did not, and upon arrival to DFW, I noticed several passengers that were in the same check-in line earlier, reporting the missing luggage. This is when we learned that our luggage was still sitting in Nice. So 14-15 hrs later they didn t even initiate sending it on another flight. Extremely inefficient.

The airport is narrow. When you get off at the bus parking, you will get tax exemptions on the right side.
In staff and barcode machines. Not many people.
There is an airline counter when you enter more, and procedure is really slow.
Passport screening after security check in airport center. The duty free zone is small.

I phone to get news on the arrival time of a plane that is 4h50 late
The guy answers me he arrives at 2:00 a.m.
Without me telling him which plane it is ???
As a result, he arrived at 3:45 a.m. No news everyone without a fool and we take you for a ball

Pretty awful experience in terminal 2. Spent ten minutes trying to get through xray check whilst staff attempted to scan someone's huge painting. Grumpy staff. Toilets airside were filthy. One was completely full of toilet paper. Overcrowded departure area. Announcements are dull/quiet and often 2 announcements made at once. For such a nice part of the world the airport has some work to do. You are the gateway into and out of the Cote D Azur for goodness sake.
Our flight was 2 hours late so our stay here was awful. Please improve.

Good, but he looks very old. attention only one functional terminal during the Covid crisis

Small, rather pleasant airport, easily accessible from the drop-off point. On a motorbike, a big strong point, the parking is free and offers immediate access to the airport, nickel! We can't go wrong with boarding ... there is only one possible passage ;-) a few duty free shops ... the toilets are very well maintained in this COVID period as soon as we have past boarding :-)

This airport must have the worst selection of food I have ever seen. The only real option for food is run down stale frenchsticks :(

Nice airport and good service. Beware of renting a car at the Car rental, the guys will try to charge you all kinds of fees you would not imagine existed.

Dire. Brusque staff at info desk, awkward bus/walk to train station, building site outside. Feels unloved. Hope the new transport links improve things.

Excellent friendly personal service, good transportation system to get to and from the airport.

Terminal 1 is closed until further notice, so go straight to Terminal 2 even if your ticket says your flight is at terminal 1. The majority of the shops are closed (due to covid19 of course) and the wifi does not work whatsoever.

Prayer Rooms (separate rooms for Muslims, Christians and Jews) are located at the public area of Terminal 2 (no security clearance or check-in necessary) and right at the end of the terminal. Even if you're arriving or departing from Terminal 1, users may access Terminal 2 by a free shuttle bus at the airport bus park (behind the #ILoveNice structure) which would take ~10 minutes from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, and 5 minutes from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. Shuttle buses are frequent. Usage of prayer rooms are subjected to opening hours.

Muslim prayer room is not segregated by gender and includes ablution area.

Efficient, no queues. Could be signposted a bit better. Very close to the city, you can even walk along the Promenade.Overall a nice experience.

Nice airport is very well located in the heart of the city. It is in good condition although often the soil is dilapidated in the terminal which is inadmissible for the 3rd of France. Leaving or arriving in Nice remains a dream. The minute deposit is too expensive it's really inadmissible (5min) saw the traffic

The worst airport I've seen and I've been to at least 60 airports in 49 countries. Congratulations with the world cup 2018 though.

25h parking, 1 day 1 hour (and 5mn): FORTY EUROS. This is unacceptable. RACKET pure and simple. Nothing to eat or almost. System "kiss and fly" to review entirely (and other than for racket, again): the cars parked upstream anyhow to arrive at the right time, it is necessary to provide a buffer zone. So the basics, what this airport does not do. Station announcements using synthetic speech: we think we dream. Airport Annuitant.

Clean airport with exciting landing and takeoff over the sea :) the terminals are not connected. This must be scheduled.

Nice, small airport basically on the waterfront - travelled domestic so had no need to go through the immigration, so it was quick.

Unclear indications, for being an international airport it offers few services. It is not known whether the airport is open after midnight or not.

Awful airport in need of a serious upgrade and change of management. No priorities for boarding for mothers with young babies, not enough buses to take people to their planes, takes forever to get luggage, poor comms in the terminal, staff attitude poor in most cases. Go to Vienna airport or Edinburgh to learn how an airport should be run...

Compact airport, bus commuting to city center is ok.

5min drop-off, 4 the slightest overshoot, it's shameful, is that how we welcome?

Take the example of the capital 10 min free and 1 progressive over 10 min

Rudest security personnel I've ever encountered in my life. They made me go again through the security scan because they didn't like how I walked, and had to scan the boarding pass, a piece of paper!

If you go to Cannes there is a convenient shuttle bus that takes about 40 minutes from Nice Airport to Cannes city hall. At time of this writing round trip adult fare is 33 euros

Buss driver stuffed (unnecessarily) the transport buss full like sardines and then kept passengers waiting next to plane(with doors closed) for extra 15 minutes. Very poor(ba2625 to gatwick 8pm 23/10).

Nice and clean airport with good selection of fast food to bring onboard. Good wi-fi with good bandwidth.

Finally a kind of Airport...with coffee shops and places to seat...long awaited

Each visit changes something and it is necessary to adjust that one passage or the passage is closed then another.

Not many people see the news on COVID strange atmosphere

Very dispersed and disorganized airport.
They do not even notify the boarding exit change we risked losing the flight. The two terminals are separated from the road, and the indications are not accurate.

No signage, chaotic, racist staff, security control profiling. Barcelona is setting a better example here.

Well laid out airport good bus service from all areas. Local train is a good walk though. More car parks being set out and an excellent drop off at both terminals.

Ignoring the fact that place is dirty, I never got my tax refund.
Beware, I chose card because it was more convenient than cash at that moment, got it stamped, but 2 months later still nothing. take cash to guarantee you ll get money, however they charge very high commission and take more than you ll be getting (still better than nothing).

It has some alright shops, always birds in the terminal, it's fine
