The maintenance of the toilets is a real disaster ...

The maintenance of the toilets is a real disaster and yet it is not for lack of a cleaner in every toilet. It smells of urine in the toilet (on the floor), the cleaning agent mops and it's an ice rink, it doesn't even smell of cleaning product. It's like rewashing with the same bucket of water in the dirt. Nothing is disinfected, in short, it is the most complete gland. Onet is a competent department, but then I wouldn't hesitate to switch to Atalian. In addition, housekeepers allow themselves to redirect passengers to x or y toilets and respond if necessary which is unbearable.

The easyjet airline at Nice Airport is a shame.

The easyjet airline at Nice Airport is a shame.
To have already traveled before at easy jet, when your flight is delayed or even canceled it is not serious.
But when you are late in security, you are simply denied boarding.
This company completely disengages from their responsibility and blames the security of the Nice airport.
No assistance on the spot, they tell us to manage on the Internet.
Contact taken with Hicham from internet customer support.
No refund or compensation, no commercial gesture.
Several passengers in the same case as us for denied boarding!
Ineligible for a European company.

One of the worst airports I ever visited. There were no plans to find your way around, the selection of food and restaurants was horrible. Finding the way to the closest train Station was impossible, no signs showing the way at all..

Friendliness of staff close to zero. For an airport in a tourist area like the south of France, I am surprised to see the staff bellow in French all its directives to poor foreign tourists who do not necessarily understand. A little language and citizenship course would not hurt them.

I had to pick up a passenger terminal 2. I was driving a motorhome. I was unable to reach the arrival area and was radically dislodged by the airport access control personnel. The guards refused to give me a solution to circulate, claiming that I did not have to come here with a camping-car to pick up a passenger, forcing me by their attitude to turn around by a forbidden way and threatening to be verbalised for that.

See our bags on the roller ... because I was made to feel by a maintenance man ... who in turn called his colleague ... apparently he was not aware of this flight. congratulations!

I both arrived and departed from T1 in the last week and, after going through many other airports throughout the world, Nice was probably the biggest disappointment. Outside the airport is chaos for both drivers and passengers. There is a lot of construction around the airport area. Signage is confusing and insufficient, making car access a nightmare. Car rental is at T2 only, which can be reached only by a shuttle, so anyone flying in our out of T1 must go first to T2 in order to reach the car rental center. The inside of T1 is outdated, has very few amenities and there is not even one water fountain. The structure is in disrepair, and everything desperately needs cleaning, modernizing and refurbishing. It is a shame for such a wealthy area of France - a region which captures at lot of money from tourism - to have such a neglected airport.

Fortunately for Liguria to the west there is the Nice airport, just 50 minutes from the west. Definitely better than the Genoa airport, but lately the staff inside the airport is very rude and inconsistent. Very high prices. Disappointed.

Great airport very convenient to go on vacation with many destinations Summer and winter very beautiful since the renovation.
Not far from the city center of Nice which is very convenient compared to other airports

I was their for a connection, and with the bad international terminal we accidently entered France. We had some thing that we could not get to the terminal because it was more than two hours before our flight. Their was no good food, we ended up eating hamburgers for breakfast.

Very comfortable small airport. Big duty free in all areas, a lot of cafes.
Quickly enough for all the procedures passed.
The business lounge is large, plenty of space, comfortable, with a varied menu.

Nice airport with an impressive runway. Unfortunately, the two terminals are physically separated from each other. If you have to change here, it takes some time, even if you can take the bus for free. Inside the airport is modern. Unfortunately I didn't find a smoking area here - but an airport of the world should have it. After all, cigarettes are sold here by the carton. Arrivals and departures are very nice over the Cote d Azur.

Really terrible experience. We were flying toward Dublin and had to hand in one luggage so we arrived at the airport at 8.15, 2 hours prior the departure. The queue to get to the parking lot was so long that we had to say goodbye to our family in the car otherwise we wouldn't have made it. We walked for 900meters closed on the side of the street because there was no side walk. Arrived at the airport the only good thing is that the queues to leave the luggage and at the security were pretty short. Passed security the queue for the passport check never ending and the reason was that only one policeman was doing the controls for everyone. Finally we pass security, the flight was of course late without an explanation given and at thebgate there was not eough place for everyone to wait seated.

This definitely needs emprovements of all kinds.

In view of the health situation I was surprised to find no gel for the hands whatsoever at the entry level at the recording level. I was simply there to accompany a departure to terminal 2 so for the rest I do not know but Given the passage in an airport like that of Nice where it has been forbidden for a long time to walk on the Promenade des Anglais without a mask, it is is quite surprising, in the image of the contradictions of this country since this crisis.

Compact airport. Large stores to passport control pass. But as soon as they passed this barrier , they immediately find themselves in a rather small room with literally two or three shops and a couple of cafes. So, if you plan to buy something in duty free or have a snack, do it before passing through passport control. Yes, by the way, there are also very few seating places to wait for a landing there .... (((it s impossible to even compare closely with Schiphol or Charles de Golem. Rather similar to Riga Airport ...

Only one star as I can t give none. When flying in recently with a visually handicapped person the passport control was absolutely atrocious. Only one of six desks open, everyone else trying to use the automatic gates. A stroppy official made us leave the desk queue even though we explained one of us could not see. He then pushed my companion into the automated gate, scanned her passport and shouted unhelpful instructions at her, completely ignoring her disability. No one to complain to. Dreadful.

One of the worst airports I ve been to.

Badly designed, everything s broken, signs point in opposite ways and contradict each other.

This is not for lack of money, just lack of design or oversight.

Without a doubt, more than one traveler has, too, noticed that:
The Air France Hostesses (on the whole), at check-in, are very friendly and courteous, ready to help or quick to solve any problem.
As for the Security Agents, if commented, they are paid to be strict .......
After trying to Testify to Them of Understanding and Consideration, control is much better

About 30 minutes by tram from Nice city. The tram was as cheap as 1.5 euros between the city and the airport at a flat rate, so there was no worry about security.
There is still a lot of Japanese information that says "bus or taxi only to the airport", but some airport shuttle buses have already been abolished. I personally think that a tram is fine if you get lost.
The airport itself is not large.

Null indications! At the exit of the train station, no indication concerning the airport. Almost impossible to find without asking a hundred times. It is also difficult to find the shuttles. The rare indications are complicated to understand. Terminal 2 is chic but also zero! No information desk near the gates. The restaurants are limited to Jamie Oliver and a pastry shop. No French delicacies. No shop of French brands either. Bad experience anyway. To avoid.

The essential mask is a considerable discomfort whether it is to hydrate, to eat or to rest ...
The easyJet speedy bording is a real plus, but waiting times for boarding are lengthened because of the social distances to be respected, more or less elsewhere ...
The alcohol / tobacco / perfume store was poorly stocked and as expensive as in town for perfumery despite the signs saying otherwise ...

Pretty mediocre airport, though a gateway to Nice Riviera resort. WiFi is not so good, at least on the side of terminal 2 before the security check. Bag-drop took a surprisingly long time as the counter-staff was too diligently conscientious to check both passports and tickets even though it was a Shengen-zone flight and online check-in had been done already prior to the baggage-drop.
