Great hotel, historic building of 1836, well maintained with clean and comfortable. Missing the lift so be aware that it's up to the stairs. Welcome chocolate bottles of water for each occupant and being necessary for tea.
It is not very close to the center but in 15 minutes you are in Grafton street but given the size of Dublin it is not even far away. Staff very courteous and helpful, breakfast was not included and we were always arranged differently.

We liked this hotel very much, it is absolutely centrally located, just around the corner to grafton street, st. Stephens green, national gallery & little museum of dublin, the rooms are small but very clean, good beds and delicious breakfast, only the small and amount of stairs could be a problem for some people, there is no elevator!

Great townhouse, it is very well preserved, clean and personal is very nice. This is much much nicer than other townhouses in the area.
I stayed in the queen bed, main floor (which apparently is nicer than other rooms, get this one if you can). The room is great, very spacious, has a desk and a fireplace.
Breakfast is delicious, I got the pancake and eggs. There is enough to share. Buffet has cheese, hams, cereal, fruits, yogurt, jam amongst others.

If you going to Dublin you can try this hotel. Nice personal i mean superb personal and you feel like at home. And good thing here is this hotel near from the city center and beside with SPAR and very near from TESCO which close at 10PM and many restaurants and bar only 6 minutes by walk.

Small rooms but clean. Bed was too hard for my taste and too short. Biggest complaint was the noise - my room was next to the traffic light so lots of braking and starting busses. There is no airco so either be warm and hear some noise or open the window and hear a lot of noise.

Great BnB. I regularly stay here when I am in Dublin. The breakfast is great especially the pancakes. Booking is easy and everybody is always very helpfull. The only suggestion is to remove the single use plastics and replace with refillable dispencers. What's happening to our ocean is criminal and every little helps :)

Great location, comfortable, welcoming wonderful accommodating staff. Incredible irish breakfast and even continental breakfast. My second stay and I'd come back for sure.
This place has been found but there are sister townhouses near by.

Cozy home in typical Anglo-Saxon style, clean and equipped with everything, friendly and helpful staff, located in a strategic point near the city center. Satisfied with my choice !!!

Comfortable and welcoming hotel. Set in very old building it does it's best to meet modern expectations but this does mean there are no lifts and layouts not as good as purpose built hotels. Breakfast was lovely, room was comfortable, but shower was small, drained slowly and had limited pressure. Overall a very nice stay

Fitzwilliam Townhouse is a great place to stay! Nice sized, quiet room. Lovely continental breakfast. Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift. Shower might seem small for some people. Staff has been superb!

Excellent breakfast and for the Georgian style front door. Spaces in the bedrooms and bathroom very small. But for those who do not have great demands, they have everything they need and it is not far from the center.

We stayed here as a family (with a 9 month old baby) for one night. The staff was absolutely wonderful, they made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. The building has tons of history and the owners have included some of the historical information as artwork throughout the guesthouse. Our room was very large and nicely laid out. The bathroom was also very large and clean. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on my next trip!

Overall, unfortunately, very disappointing and too expensive for the performance offered. The property is at the intersection of a busy street, the rooms are noisy and the air is bad. The furnishing of the rooms is partly a bit older, as are the mattresses. The rooms are tiny, there is hardly enough space to move around, let alone unpack a suitcase. But even if you could, there would not be enough opportunities to accommodate the things you brought with you. The double beds are very narrow (1.40 m), sleeping in them for two is a real challenge.
Breakfast is reasonably priced, but continental breakfast choices are a bit poor. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff, nothing was too much. Good breakfast, everything was amply provided and everything was constantly replenished. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Good shower, beds were good and the room was noisy with regard to other guests. Good location.

Really enjoyed my stay in this townhouse.

Really enjoyed my stay in this townhouse.

Second time staying there. Room this time was an older style compared to the newer room on the lower ground the last time.

But still very clean and comfortable.

This B&B was such a letdown that we left after one night. The room size was equivalent to a Pod. Our room was below street level and facing the street so noise was an issue. The shower stall was so slippery you could get hurt and the shower temperature was near scalding.

The bathroom was clean, but the room was horrible. There was stench in the room and crumbs in the bed (so the sheets probably weren't replaced). The receptionist was very kind and extremely helpful. There is no one in the lobby at night, not even to ask for a bottle of water. We will never go back. 1 star for the bathroom and 1 star for the receptionist, the rest was horrendous.
