Very decent restaurant. The food is very tasty and staff is generally friendly. Has a nice bar as well as a lovely outdoor terrace. Prices are OK. Recommended for both smaller and bigger groups.

It was a wonderful moment. The menu it's like you just arrive in France , the food was expetionnel. My favourite was the truffle risotto, it's come with smock celeriac mouss around, and if you like Paris you have to try the beef tartar, the apple inside make the dish very unbelievable. Hard to choice between the chocolate fondant and the apple, the best is to go on sharing plate. Service was very smily, we get lot advice for the wine it's was a perfect match with all the dish. I hope to get a opportunity to come in spring to try the new menu, should be full of surprise. Highly recommended

I would rate 3.5, but giving low because its score is overrated.
Nice location on a rooftop with a good vibe, and also a wide and fine selection of wine list. But, food was not as good as expected, and the distance between tables were too close. You hear conversations from nearby tables, and when a staff serves a next table you barely have a room to go out. And please ask again when you didn't catch what your customer said. I said we would like to skip dessert and have our bill right away, and it took ages to bring the whole dessert without the bill.
Indeed, it is a decent place to enjoy French cuisine, but wouldn't recommend for those who expect excellence and fine dining.

The terrible bar service and rude bar men could not make up for what was a pretty good dinner. The restaurant is great though a little overpriced considering London s alternatives. You can do better.

Always my first choice for an after work stop off. Particularly cosy in winter, great relaxed vibe in summer. Excellent menu if you enjoy seafood and quality meat (like, who doesn't ?!...)

Super

Nice location and good food - wine quite expensive. Good experience at this restaurant in London city center. They propose French cuisine with a good presentation. The fois gras was very good, as well as the beaf. Very nice wine list, but what a price ;) however in line with London. The service was extremely good. Recommended!

I must say that going there for a birthday dinner with my second half, I was hoping for a nice dinner, but I'd not expect to leave the restaurant so amazed! The interior is very nice and warm. Personnel extremely nice, polite and well trained. The speed of service is the thing that amazed me the most - from the time we ordered, the starters came after 10 minutes and the mains just after another 10 min! As requested when booking my girlfriend received a b-day cake with candles and her name on it, what was just a cherry on top of the night.

We ate at the restaurant this evening and found the food moderately good but expensive for the portions served. Above all, who has ever found salted butter in a French restaurant ?!! Service good albeit a little slow. Surroundings and atmosphere good.

Service was a bit slow, restaurant was busy and too much going on staff seemed overwhelmed, the lift was not working so we had to wait for one in the back. Food is good but many other locations in London have similar food and better service, outside area is nice, maybe I would consider going back but maybe just to go to the bar.

Nice and cheap set menu. Service was very slow but great when you had it. Had to wait 10 minutes for water, 10 minutes for cocktails and 30 minutes to pay the bill. They kept running trolleys through that were rattling very loudly every few More

What a fabulous little gem of a place hidden amongst the city. We had a great time here enjoying light bites, drinks in the sun. It was very busy with some private parties on the terraces but still lots of tables dotted around to enjoy the atmosphere of the bar. We didn't have much trouble finding seats, and we were offered better seats once other guests had left. the staff were so lovely with remembering our requirements and had such good sense of humours, and even though they were busy they really went above and beyond. Great place will definitely return.

Restaurant has definitely got worse in terms of its service standards. Receptionist was sullen and rude, servers inattentive - noticed quite a few guests tried to attract their attention. People who arrived after us were served first, waited ages for orders to be taken and bread/oil removed before we had finished - not even asked. Shockingly the White wine was warm - clearly not chilled - particularly on the hottest day of the year it's inexcusable. Won't be recommending or returning. Advice to managers: sort out your front of house team - they're letting you down.

Good service but I found the the entree (tortellini) really lacked flavour. The foam was great but inside the tortellini was like air/water/nothing. The white compote goats cheese tart was actually alright (I don t normally like onion)! I was also disappointed with the dessert (ginger cake) / far too sweet. The petit fours - meh. This was from the festive set menu. My friend had the escargot, roe deer and chocolate fondant. I think she enjoyed her meal more than I did. Maybe they just aren t good at doing vegetarian dishes...

Excellent service and food. Highly recommended. One of the best meals we have had in London. The Festive Parisian menu was outstanding, brilliant choices for starter and desserts. Also the main meals were very tasty. Well done to Janice and the team for providing a great experience.

I struggled to originally find the place as I was looking for a conventional door and then realised access was through its own private elevator. I came for an quick early breakfast and was surprised to find it very quiet compared to other local establishment at the same time. Service was very friendly on arrival and my waitress was fun and bubbly, even with it being very early.

I ended up getting the scrambled egg with smoked salmon and brioche. Salmon was great quality and eggs were perfectly cooked, slightly runny but very creamy. The brioche was average and I seemed to get the end, likely because I was one of the first in the restaurant. I would recommend and will be coming back to try the other menus. This restaurant is located at the top of the rather curious Number 1 Poultry post modernist building at Bank. Views from the rooftop bar are excellent. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is French/Italian and is very reasonably More

Service was terrible. We have been waiting for 20 mins until someone came to service. And we need to asked 3 times for the drink menu. It was my birthday. I have mentioned when I booked the table but nothing special with my desert. Food was ok. The starters were great. But I will never go there with the service in this price. 100 pounds /person for endless waiting

Pricey drinks but you're paying for incredible panoramic views of the City of London. This is probably my favourite rooftop bar and I love going here in the summer! Get there early if you want to grab a table, otherwise you can stand on the 'lawn' out the front.
