Amazing place with extraordinary view of London City. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly definitely help you have the best experience. Every staff were so well co ordinated. And Complements to the chef food was excellent and menu at a very decent price. Wine selection were amazing too but if you don't fancy to have that they have a bar were you can order your drinks too. The garden is the main highlight I would say.

This is honestly one of London's finest. I highly recommend for first dates, brunch or any special occasions.

Went for lunch at the Grill - had issues with my online reservation which was ultimately remedied however we were sat outside at the back near the building site with noise and no view.

After finishing our main (which was delicious) we then asked for a desert menu. Unfortunately we were then ignored for approx 25mins upon which point I had to return to work. We went and requested the bill from the waiter and left. A great shame as before that point most things had been great.

Don't go in peak periods if you need to be in and out under 1.5hrs.

I was very impressed with this restaurant and especially its service which I thought magnificent.

The food was of good quality and the wine excellent. As for the setting. You can't really beat the rooftops of the city on a sunny day (which we were lucky enough to get)

As such, had it not been for the very loud city audience around us, it would be a particularly peaceful area for lunch (or dinner).

Inside it was nicely laid out and I can imagine a good atmosphere.

Coq D Argent is a french brasserie / restaurant in Bank, right in the heart of the city. It is at the top of 1 Poultry, the office and retail building which just looks like it has a walkway, cutting through the high concrete structure. However, head up in the lift and it s like you have been transported elsewhere.

It might be a set menu, however there are plenty of options. There are 12 starters, with one additional sharing option, which we thought was a lot. There are a couple of vegetarian options and a vegan option too, and they appear to cater for most dietary requirements.

All the starters looked divine, and so we set off with two courses in mind.

The mains menu was just as extensive with 12 options, and two additional sharing dishes to choose from. Again, they appeared to cater for all, and even though we had meat eaters dining, we were very tempted by the vegetarian options they all sounded delicious!

The Haut Bar won us over though. A seared fillet of stone bass, with devon white crab risotto, avruga caviar and crab essence was one beautiful dish. The fish was meaty yet fantastically tender and flaky, with a fab crisp, grilled top. The risotto was chunky, not creamy, and gave the dish a fresher, lighter feel. The caviar was a nice finishing touch, and not just for presentation.

We also couldn t resist the urge to try the Rabbit. The Cuisse de Lapin, consisting of braised french rabbit leg, bourguignonne garnish, mustard sauce and new potatoes was another incredible dish. The rabbit almost fell off the bone, it was superbly tender and pink inside. It had a rich, deep flavour, which was emphasised by the bourguignonne. The vegetables were perfectly a la dente, and the new potatoes beautiful. If you are a meat eater, you will love this.

As dishes are a little on the lighter side, three courses is actually more manageable than you would expect. We perused and debated over the 13 dessert options, which includes a cheese board, three vegan options and numerous creative dishes.

The Tarte au Citron, a more classic choice, looked absolutely stunning as it arrived. The baked lemon tart was finished with a soft meringe, and served with buckwheat and raspberry sorbet. The tart was full of citrus flavour, tangy and tart. The pastry was really buttery, and the raspberry sorbet bold in flavour, and a delicious refreshing alternative to creamier classic pairings.

One fancy, modern and sophisticated spot, with a stunning restaurant area, and amazing garden which opens for those enjoying drinks in the warmer months. The service is friendly and attentive, the food is outstanding and the wine pairings add that extra touch. Dishes are a little on the smaller side, and we do think at full price it is a little pricey. However, for a special occasion it s worth splashing out at this gorgeous restaurant in Bank.

Oh my lord - best meal i've ever had. The creme brulee was out. of. this. world! My family saved up for a while to go here as a treat... the waiter picked up on this and not only did he give me a second creme brulee for free (seriously, I was moaning with pleasure) but he also went out of his way to make us feel special for the night. I will be going back here just for another dessert.

My nephew and I went at lunchtime to sample the vegan tasting menu. Neither of us is vegan but we wanted to see what imagination and ingenuity a restaurant like this would bring to the table (pun intended). The answer was that the six courses were all good with the mushroom risotto and fresh fruit salad being the highlights.

The place filled up very quickly but we were still able to hear ourselves speak and the service remained polite, friendly and efficient.

I shall be going back.

Fabulous lunch. Lovely seasonal French style food. Very comfortable on a nice day try and get a seat on the roof terrace. Wonderfully attentive staff.
The main trick is to find the place, accessible from lifts in the street.

2nd time here in the last 3 months, once for Sunday lunch and again for dinner last night. The food is of the highest quality, is creative and bursting with flavour. The set menu is outstanding value and has great variety and plenty of choice.
Staff are all friendly, efficient and very attentive without being obtrusive. Restaurant was full when we had dinner but on no occasion did we need to chase anything up, flawless!

Brilliant roof terrace and nice views but very pricy for the quality of food and drink you get. Had breakfast here and porridge was horrendously over salted. Had a replacement but still not great. Coffee is standard good but nothing to rave home about.

First time ever visiting this restaurant. We booked a table for 8:15 and arrived on time, sat down straight away. However waited for about 15 minutes to receive a food menu, due to having to wait for a separate wine menu to come to the table first...after ordering our food which took over 45 minutes to receive our starter I still hadn t been able to order a glass of wine, because it had to be ordered through a different member of staff!! We complained about the poor service and they were quick to apologise, and made sure that our main came swiftly. The food was lovely just ruined by the amount of time having to wait. On a side note - during the meal the bottom half of my legs started to feel itchy, I now have 7 big flee bites on my legs! I m not sure if animals are allowed inside the restaurant, as I know there is an outside terrace bit, but there was definitely one or more flees where I was sitting inside!

I celebrated my PhD today in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a fabulous evening and the venue was surely one of the reasons for this successful meeting. I went to Coq d'Argent for lunch with a friend and we were lucky enough to sit outside. Once again, we had a great experience. The terrace is lovely with its vineyards and provide a peaceful break from work.
The floral menu is beautiful and delicious. We had the asparagus and poached egg and the scallops ceviche which were both amazing. A special award to the deserts: the strawberry cup was tasty and fresh, and the apple parfait was to die for!!
We had a great time in a great venue!
