I would describe our experience with this dealership as not customer friendly. I agree that staff is knowledgeable but when it comes to the price, it is not negotiable and very high compared to the similar cars in other dealerships. Very high finance rate. When we told our offer, we did not receive the response if it was accepted or not but instead we were asked personal information and received calculation that did not consider any negotiation. We would prefer to hear the decision first and then decide if we want to proceed but the agent had so arrogant attitude that made us leave immediately. Business like dealership, but not customer friendly.

I recently bought a Q50 Red Sport from here. Since I service my Nissan at 401-Dixie Nissan regularly, I happened to wander into the dealership one day to take a look at Nissan's luxury brand. There started my relationship with Essa. Essa took me for a spin in the red sport and had me hooked to the car. He knew his way around the car, and he could answer all my questions satisfactorily. When the time came to make the purchase a few months later, Essa ensured that I could get into the Red Sport that I wanted. He made the buying experience smooth, quick and quite personalized to my liking. His attention to minor details, and introduction to the car at the time of delivery is something which made buying my first car a memorable experience. Hamid Aria, Rajeev Fernandes made all the paperwork quick and smooth from the time of purchase to picking up the car 3 days later.

If you are in the market for a car, make it an Infiniti, and 401 - Dixie Infiniti is the place to buy it from.

1. they did not provide me with my choice car as promised on day one for a month approximately
2. they mentioned they will charge me $99 for tinting but charged me $399
3. The staff is unprofessional and untrained; they were forgetful of the contract and the promised and attempted to modify the contract on the final day especially in regards to the payments
4. Whenever I called the finance manager he would always reply he is busy and never return my calls or respond to my messages
5. The same is being done by the manager now; the manager does not take my calls or responds to my voicemail or messages
6. They promised to convert my payment plan to semi monthly from monthly on day one but they have not done that since July 2020
7. I want to provide them with negative rating but there is no option for that

Get ready to play games, this team of unsophisticated poachers are only skilled in intermediate sales. Relying on sad techniques cloaked in lies and designed to play games that win sales and not loyal customers. Patrons beware, their victims are wandering suckers who know less about cars than they do about finance. It was fun watching them squirm under the pressure of having to deal with a more knowledgeable and experienced opponent, sorry I called your bluff sales manager. But I did you the courtesy of imparting a good lesson, value your prospective buyers because they are the demand and you are only one of the many who can supply. I can tell you that the managers at woodchester Infiniti and Infiniti Downtown do know how to treat clients, worth doing business with those guys for sure.

We had such a great experience at this dealership! We were definitely happy with the price and quality of the car that we bought. The staff were so nice, especially our sales associate, Morad. He was very transparent about our purchase and made us very comfortable when negotiating the price and inquiring more about the car. Also, we didn't have a car at the time of the purchase, so Morad was so supportive in driving us to the dealership to pick up our car (and stop by the bank, too). Definitely a 5-star experience!

I order yesterday 26 oct 2017 bumper bracket in service department the guy said on phone he don t have it in stock he will order for me and I will get next day 10am . today went there to pick it up and the guy in service department said some how they didn t get it they suppose to inform me at least so I can arrange from somewhere else . I have an appointment tomorrow for my mechanic to fix that part . now I have to cancel because of them .not happy with 401&dixie Infiniti.I am a big fan of Infiniti but now .........

This is my second try to post my review. The first one were deleted and please don't ask me how. I wrote my big bad experience on the previous one. Please be extra careful the will tell you whatever you want to hear on the selling day.
I purchased the car on September and still they didn't fix the issue that I have because they are BUSY.(it was a part of the selling deal)and when I call they purposely put me on 1hour hold and after disconnect.
PLEASE FOR GOD'S SAKE DON'T TRUST THEM.

Olympio has been a part of our car purchases at 401 Nissan and 401 Infiniti over the past 11 years. Our numerous interactions with Olympio and more recently with Rajeev at 401 Infiniti has been nothing but delightful. Both these gentlemen are more than helpful, transparent in their offer prices and reliable in the suggestions offered. Olympio cares about our needs and we have this in everyone of our purchase/trade-ins, leasing or financing of our cars both at 401 Nissan and 401 Infiniti. Olympio keeps us updated on offers that would favour us and steers us in the right direction of not just the car purchase but all other aspects involved in the decision. Rajeev too was fantastic in providing us a comparable of new versus used cars, financing versus leasing, reliability of the car etc that come into play in arriving at the final decision. Every purchase we have made has been an experience not to be forgotten.

For Olympio and Rajeev, their customer comes first and we found through our numerous interactions that the focus is on the customer relationship rather than the transaction itself. They do everything from the finance aspect to the trade in to facilitating and recommending the upgrades based on the knowledge they have on us as customer and what our requirement is. Every purchase has been completely stressed free and our car buying experiences have been outstanding making us repeat customers over and over and over again. The most recent being the 2021 Infiniti QX50. We were made to feel extra special our car was all dressed up and the paperwork all ready for us to take our car home. Rajeev was patient in explaining the numerous features of the car and Olympio followed up with a call the next day to find out if we were comfortable with the features or needed any assistance. To Olympio and Rajeev, you are most professional, pleasant and honest sales/ finance people we have dealt with. You guys have treated us with care since day 1 and that s why we keep coming back to 401 Nissan and Infiniti, we have bough 6 nissans and 2 infinits in 11 years. Mr. Olympio and Rajeev you guys are the best. If you are in the market looking to buy a new or used car visit 401 dixie Nissan and infiniti and make sure to ask for Olympio for sales and Rajeev for financial services, they ll take care of you and make sure you are happy. I purchased an Infiniti QX60 from this dealership, through Mr. Essa Al-Badri. Ever since I made the purchase he has gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I recently had an issue related to that same car and this dealership saved me a bundle, something they were under no obligation to do, just as a courtesy.

With a purchase like a car customer service is so important, and this is one of those rare dealerships that actually puts the customer first.

MAJOR FAIL

MAJOR FAIL

A very stressful experience at this location. We were looking at a used Q60 and had an unfortunate experience of being approached by Salil Bhatia, a sales rep.

Things started off well but rapidly went downhill from there on. There was some wear and tear to the vehicle, specifically the trim that goes around the window. He said this was damaged due to the weather. So a 2017 Infiniti is already falling apart because of weather damage? It was clearly from someone scraping the window in winter, then hitting the stripping. No big deal but my guards went up right away.

We then wanted to check with insurance to see how much it would cost. His next one liner was your insurance will be cheaper as the car is safer. Really? 2 year old Infiniti, which has more expensive parts to replace than our current vehicle will be cheaper? It ended up being more expensive. Shocker.

The total fail was when we picked up the car.

The insurance was not completed properly, the lien name needed to be corrected. He argued on the phone with us for over 10 minutes saying he is too busy to make the change himself, stating he is not allowed to make this change and he won t do it. We kept on telling him we would do it ourselves and that we were NOT asking him. We finally had to tell him to be quiet, we will take care of it as the conversation was going around in circles. What did Salil do after we hung up, he called the insurer which I m pretty sure is illegal and made the change. We found this out when we called to make the correction. Astounded it was done!

The day of delivery. The car was to be fully detailed. They gave it a standard hand wash but the interior was completely missed. They had a good 4 days to have the interior detailed. We found what looked like popcorn jammed in the driver s side armrest. How could the detailer miss this? The car had not been vacuumed at all as there was dirt and debris in between all of the seats and cracks. The leather had stains and overall the interior simply was not cleaned.

At this point, we had already spoken to Matt Dorosti , who is the sales manager. We asked him to look at the interior. He felt the car was overall at 95% perfection and all the dirt in the interior only represented 5% of the car s cleanliness. I m sorry. To me, 50% of the cars cleanliness is outside, and 50% is inside. A higher percentage could be attributed to the interior in my opinion. Either way, he felt the car was close to 95% perfection and ready for delivery. I don t think he would have let any of his family members drive away with an interior that was this dirty. Again, he felt as a dealership, they nailed delivery of the car. Where was the pre-delivery inspection, quality control?

He did commit to offering a full interior and exterior when the car is next taken in for servicing. Shall be interesting to see what occurs.
Didn t make us feel any better as we went home and gave our new / used car a full interior ourselves as the interior was just filthy!

Overall, a very poor, failing experience from what is supposed to be an A, higher end dealership. I would give this dealership a C rating. It s like a greasy used car lot.

The $100 voucher for a restaurant was completely insulting as well. We just spent thousands on a car, and this $100 voucher does not make up for it, and it certainly cannot buy a good review.

Overall, I would think twice or never buy from this dealership again.

Quite happy with the car, overall purchase process and had truly great experience dealing with Janees Babar - very positive, energetic, pleasant personality, considerate and knows how to treat customers. My wife and I purchased a 2017 Q50 certified pre owned a week ago, and absolutely love it. The dealership was excellent with Covid protocols, appointments were required, masks worn (properly) by everyone, sanitizer was available, and temperatures, and contact tracing information were taken upon arrival. I dealt with Umar Jahanzeeb, Financial Services Manager. Umar was honest, knowledgeable, very conversant with the vehicles and their features, and worked with us to arrive at a fair price. Dixie Infiniti pricing seems very competitive, however, I appreciated negotiating directly with the Mgr., rather than the typical transactions where the sales rep has to go to the mgr for approvals. The vehicle was available to be picked up when promised, and was nicely cleaned, and detailed. All paperwork was ready and Umar made the whole process seamless. We love the vehicle, and have no hesitation recommending Umar, the car, and the dealership.

We had exceptional service from Sylvia Golec from the time we entered the showroom. We were greeted with a large and welcoming smile. She made the entire vehicle purchasing process very easy and straight forward. She was pleasant to work with and it was a very nice gesture to have the vehicles delivered to us instead of us having to go and wait at the dealership.

We have had bad experiences dealing with Infiniti in the past, but working with Sylvia has regained our confidence in dealing with Infiniti in the future.

He was extremely helpful from the beginning of the sale to the delivery of the vehicle and afterwards. I find with a lot of sales people, they will lie to you just to get a sale, but not Prabhat. I don't normally leave reviews but after the phenomenal service I received at 401-Dixie Infiniti, I felt it was neccesary to let others know about my experience! Essa Al-Badri was very helpful in helping me get into a brand new Q60 and even when they were unable to find the color I had originally wanted, he continuously kept me in the loop and managed to locate one from out of province and had it brought over in timely matter! Thank you for making my first new car shopping experience fun and easy, and I look forward to driving my new car to the States next weekend!

I anticipated the usual over sell and pressure expected from the stereotypical used car salesman but Instead I had the pleasure of working with Fares Elbeik as I looked at purchasing a QX60. Fares was personable and professional, he removed my all my anxiety and made me comfortable with my purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and he was able to demonstrate important features of the car. I appreciated being treated as if I was his only client. Once I made my decision to purchase, the excellent service was continued with the Financial Manager Rajeev Fernandes closing the transaction. I expect this is the start of a great relationship. Amazing experience at this dealership. If you're looking for luxury and quality, then this is the place to be from the second you walk in. I was fortunate to have Solail be my sales person. Did a great job showing me all the options that meet my needs and finances. Lou who is the manager of finance, was awesome. He worked very hard to get us a great rate, and made sure we walked out without having to put any money down, which we were ready for. They've made customers for life. Even our kids who were so busy with all the excitement in there were welcomed openly. Love this place. Make sure you ask for Solail.

Our first initial interaction was with Moe - the sales person. Moe was great. He was polite, professional and excellent to deal with! Kudos to him.

Terrible interaction with the manager Matthew. Not only was he trying to lowball our vehicle by offering a trade-in value 3-4k less than what everyone else was offering and telling us no one wants to buy our car, but he was rude and demeaning and tried to convince us no bank will approve our finance deal with the rate we were asking for or the amount of years we're wanting to finance and yet we just walked out of a different dealership with the same exact car for the same price with a lower interest rate/years we requested. On top of all this, he was being extremely unprofessional towards the other dealerships, putting them down.

We were fine with paying the price the vehicle was selling for. What put a sour taste in our mouth was his unprofessionalism.

I recently bought a 2020 QX60

I recently bought a 2020 QX60
When I got it home I found the wheel locks missing and only 4 wheel nuts on each wheel and the drivers mirror signal assembly broken.
I made an appointment with Ranran to correct this problem that should have never been passed on a safety inspection.
After my appointment to get the job done properly, I asked if there was any compensation for my fuel and time ( coming from mid Toronto ) ?
I was told a manager would get in contact with me.
One week later and no contact.
When I phone to inquire about my request, I was put to a persons voice mail ( Andrew or maybe Matthew ), I was told he was a manager.
To this day I am still waiting for anyone to contact me and no one has.
If you re buying an Infiniti, maybe try another dealership, as this one seems not to care about their clients.
My wife has a QX60 and she loves the service at Infiniti of downtown in Toronto

Horrible experience at this place, went in to get a quote on a trade in, they attacked us with this auction app, made me wait over 2 hours, and still couldn't come up with a trade in value for the car. When asked what I would like for the car I said offer me something and we'll go from there, she pressured for a price so I said $20k and she took offence to it, I said you asked for a price here's my price, she left came back and still had no answer not even a price from them, wasted 3 hours and got no results not even an answer for the car still, had gone to 2 other spots and they both quoted me on the spot and we check inventory according to. Highly wouldn't suggest this place full of scam artists.

First impressions make a lasting impression. We were in this dealership today, thinking about purchasing an infinity product. We were in the show room for about 15 minutes and there was not a salesperson on the floor. Very disappointing - if this is how you treat some one thinking about making a purchase I am sure it doesn t get better once they have your money. Came here to bring my Infiniti for a tire for the first time, and I was very pleased with the service and the service department overall. I was helped by Amanda and she was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They went to check what else needed to be done with my vehicle and didn t keep my waiting long before coming back and informing me. I didn't expect to leave here with a new car but the trade in value I was offered was too good to pass up. Danny was excellent to work with and I'm glad I got him as my salesman. All the vehicles here are all exceptional and I would recommend anyone interested in fairly priced, luxurious cars to check them out!

I went once to this dealership
(January 2021) for an brake fluid flush on my day off for my 2016 Q50 Infiniti. I had the flush done but I was texted many more things I needed for my car to have done. Such as my front & rear brake padding replaced because they were critical.
(which would cost me 12 hundred $) & a few more things to be done as they are in critical condition. I knew that this is crazy because recently (December 2020) I purchased this vechicle & it had a full safety done & everything was perfect condition, so hearing that my vechicle is in critical need for work to be done was very dissappointing. I even went back to my dealership where I purchased my vechicle & we both looked at everything your dealership told me to replace & it all looked great.
Its truly sad to see that a dealership you trust tries to rip you off especially during covid times when we try to work together by helping each other out during these hard times. I do not recommend your dealership to anyone I know. If I could I would give your dealership 0/10 for lying & cheating me

Very poor experience, turn from the submission of information to the present for almost a month, every time I took the initiative to call the past reminder, the car dealer never told us how to deal with it, and would never recommend people around to buy Infiniti, The work efficiency is too slow, the employees are not responsible at all, and when they call, they intentionally hang up the phone. The car is still in the garage and still pays insurance and monthly payment. It is very irresponsible. Every time you call, you say next week. It will be good but always waiting

I did have a small problem with the car and it was handled quickly and professionally.

I went for my first service and received the same great service from the service manager to the shuttle driver. Outstanding overall experience.

My experience at 401 Dixie started at their service department. Ron at service took care of my vehicle and even setup a rental car as I waited for repairs. The service department here really impressed me relative to other Infiniti dealers in the GTA. I then inquired about getting a new vehicle and Peter was absolutely great. He got me into a 2020 Q60 Sport and had me paying less than before at a shorter term. My best dealer experience by far. Although I live far from this dealer; the experience made the trip worth it! The team's here are all very knowledgeable about their cars. You come with questions and leave with answers, whether you are buying a new car, servicing an old one, or purchasing parts. The prices are high, but what dealer isn't?

I believe they go the extra mile for you when they can and don't try to rush you out the door. I do not recall having a bad experience here whether I was browsing to purchase a vehicle (they are very patient and don't push you or use shady sales tactics), buying parts (always great advice from the staff), or having service completed.

I bought a used car from them 2 months ago. It was an easy sale for them as I already knew what I wanted and pointed out the car I wanted to try. After the transaction was completed, the sales person Mark promised me that he will take care of the stone chips which were producing rust in them. After trying to email them twice to have this done, I have not received any response from them and I am giving up. I know it was a used car, but a customer is a customer regardless. In addition, when I went to have my tires rebalanced as they were making noise, the service lady was extremely rude. Did not even acknowledge I was standing there. Stay away from these guys. They don't promise what they say.

I recently bought a used car from 401 Dixie Infiniti unseen in person do do being out of province and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had the car transported from there dealership to Infiniti Calgary. When I pick the car up the backup camera and power drivers seat did not work. Fares the sales person had told me it had went through an inspection at the dealership and everything was perfect and everything worked like the day it came from the factory. When I took the car for an out of province inspection at Canadian Tire it failed do to all 4 rims were bent so I called emailed and text Fares about the problem. He told me he had to get his managers involved so I was put in touch with Matthew and Ali when they told me that they didn t trust Canadian Tire and to get another inspection by a ( real tire store ). So I took it to Kal Tire and once again it failed all 4 rims do to being bent. So between Fares Ali and Matthew over the next 2 months they lied pointed fingers said they would make it right get it fixed bring the car back maybe it was the transportation company etc etc to the fact that maybe it was me that did something. So to some it up I recommend to never buy a car from 401 Dixie Infiniti but if you do do not trust either one of the 3 Fares Ali or Matthew. To date it has cost me more than $5,000.00 in repairs to get my car repaired.
