Wouldnt recommend them at all. Im taking legal action. After waiting more than a year they put me into a class two weeks ago. I went for my course today ( Sunday 2 June 2019) and guess what? Nobody was in the building to open the door! They keep making False promises. Absloutly miss sold and miss lead. Should have watched YouTube videos. Wish I could give 0 stars. I will take legal actions as these are scam and miss selling company.

I did not gain access to entry because no one was at reception to open the door. having 60+ students on 3rd floor ( which I am no positive ) does not help people to get in to the building! I have called and left voicemails and asked somebody let me in please. check your call recording. I also took a picture with time and date and the Close door just to prove how disorganised 360GSP is! not only in running the classes or communication but also in basic things.

Did an AWS course here. Very professional environment, the trainer was amazing and helped me a lot with theory and labs. Thank you to 360 and trainer for giving me this opportunity

The training is of a high standard and the support from staff members is great. The facilities are good and so is the location and it makes it easy for me to access as I live in West London.

Stay far away from this company, I took student alowens -credit from DavideBuy to pay by instalment . My course did not start yet and 360gsp went to close down. I ask for refound the money to DevideBuy but nothing from them so far. Absolutely disgusting service.

I joined 360 GSP for the job package they had on offer and I was delighted with the whole experience I had. From the facilities to the trainers, everything was of the highest standards. Trainers were always approachable and were happy to help outside of lectures. The labs they trained us on were designed to give you an insight into the real world and the potential issues you can come across.

As soon as I had finished my package, they assisted me with getting my first job in the IT industry!

I had a lot of issues with these people. Honestly, just another scam, you can learn all that online what they re teaching here. They had terrible communication with me- didn t inform me I had certain time period to complete exam and challenge labs, I wasn t even aware about challenge lab 2 till my deadline of time scale was expired- thanks a lot.

When I ve left poor reviews only then they ve reacted quickly and asked to remove it. Didn t offer me no job at all only unpaid work experience- thank you but no. No job or money back guarantee.

They have my CV on file, contact me about recruitment days, I turn up for the day and take part in an interview! What's not to love?

Not professional at all !! They booked me appointment on Saturday 17/3 /18 at 12:00 pm to discuss the course in details and I received a confirmation email , I came all the way from West Sussex to their center in Coroydon on time only to find that there is Nobody in the centre !!! I waited for half an hour and there was still Nobody in the centre !!!
Waste of time and money that gives clear image about this center and the quality of service they provide which is apparently Not professional and of course Not trustworthy, they don t respect the appointments they give to people and don t appreciate their time. I would never trust them again!!!

The job guarantee offer is only for attracting people to get into join the course. This is totally fake.They don't have even professional certified teacher. So, the best thing to do is online course rather than join 360gsp. If any one thinking to join, there is waste of money!!!Once you join a course they only ask for money. As a previous student of 360gsp, I strongly don't recommend anybody to study there. You can see their advertisement news papers and online websites. This is only for attracting people, don't trust them.

Hi everyone , I took digital marketing course at this college in may 2017 and fully completed my course in october 2017.I have done my course with 100%Attendance and passed all my exams and everything but never get any job placement because all their staff is busy in looking jobs for themselves.All the people who are responsible for providing job when I started my course namely Hardeep Chutti (Recruitment manager),Konstantin (work placement/student support manager),Chet Vaja(Senior Manager)they all left .When I asked them to refund my money almost after waiting a year for job ,I talked to Shakes(operation manager )and he talked to me once or twice and told me to investigate this and refund process takes 48 hours . After that i tried calling him 100 times and its been 3 months hes not taking my calls and not even responding even after been asked to give me call back when hes free .But not heard anything from him beacuse hes an operation manager and hasnt got time to talk to me as they have received all the money .So I just want to aware everyone that its the biggest scam and dont waste your time and money.They are not providing any jobs and just doing business by fooling innocent people and filling their pockets. And also as many people i know who did this course with me ,none of them get any job.
Please dont get fooled by these people who are sitting there just to fill their pockets and do business.This college has to be closed so that they cant rob any more innocent people.

Did a python course here, found it very challenging but the trainer and staff were very supportive and helpful

Came to 360Gsp 8 months ago with little IT background and was deciding between 4 yrs at uni, I went to two training companies but decided to choose 360gsp, as they seemed to give me a better advice after meeting there senior consultant Deepak. I am now working in a help desk role with a school; thank you 360Gsp and I recommend anyone thinking of IT to go and speak to them first. As I was a non believer at first.

Complete SCAM, There was an incident on 14th of October and the college had to close on 15th completely. No structure of the courses and you have to wait months between modules. Students are very angry. Lecturers don't prepare you for exam but they will just lecture and you will be killed by tough challenge labs so that they can take your money and not place in you a job as guaranteed. I have had enough.

I had to start my training this weekend, unfortunately they are permanent closed :( and not sure how to get my money back :( could be great, if people who is in the same situation right now and want money back. I am currently doing my MCSA Server 2012 R2 at the Wembley centre. I would like to say thank you to Andrew my tutor on the 70-410 module. Without his teaching I wouldn't have passed my 70-410 exam today first attempt. I hope to see my 70-411 and 70-412 modules teached by tutors like Andrew.

An absolute con stay away ee currently dealing with 4000 worth if fraud from this people

The thought of taking up a course after my degree (and racking up student loan) was daunting. But I made the enquiry with what do I have to loose attitude. I could have carried on working in retail or make an effort. Attended an initial meeting with a lovely lady; no pressure selling, she offered me FREE taster class for their digital marketing package (which I attended and loved), Speak to students they had placed etc. I took the learning agreement/contract away to think about the whole program and their service.

I took about a month to think and arrange the deposit, financed the whole course on 0% and joined.

My overall experience was excellent, best part was trainers and facilities, not so great part was my eagerness to get on to the next course but had to wait for everyone in my class. Student and recruitment support was spot on and I was placed on a 3 months work experience but life being a box of chocolates; was offered a role 6 weeks into the work experience.

As much as 360 GSP support helped me secure a job, I have to say had I not put in the effort and hours, they would have struggled getting me a job. There is no secret formula, they have a fantastic process in place, students have to work hard to go through it. Unless you are willing to work with them; this program/service might not be for you. Motivating yourself on a cold Sunday morning to get up and attend a 9:30am class isn t for everyone.

Love you guys at 360 for showing me my true capabilities; if you could just work on explicitly stating to everyone joining how much work they would need to put in and all attending need to take responsibility of their progress, you wouldn t have people blaming you for everything that s wrong in their life .

Attended AWS Amazon open day training and all I can say is WOW, amazing place, great facilities, knowledgeable instructors and helpful staff. Joined the coreskills program as I have done my Microsoft Training with 360 6 months ago and it was a fantastic journey from day one. If you are looking to upskill this is definitely your place as they have the best instructors and reasonably priced too. Thanks 360 for all the support and see you guys on the 11th May

Came in for career consultation at their office and the consultants showed so much knowledge about what the market needs for UK and the needed requirements to enter into the IT space in the UK. Thumbs up. I recommend 360 GSP.

I chose 360 GSP because I used to work in the IT industry, but it was some time ago, so I needed to brush up my memories.

360 GSP are price competitive and the program they offer was exactly what I was looking for. They are also based in Wembley, where I live - that's great!

I have been happy with the resources available and extremely satisfied with the tuitions I received. Dai, my instructor, deserves a special mention: he has been very patient and tolerates every kind of question. Yes, it has definitely been a positive experience.

Have nearly completed my course and am currently sitting my last module. I haven't experienced any issues apart from the slight delay if getting my exam voucher which was resolved quickly. So far my personal experince with 360gsp has been very good.

My dream has always been studying IT. So I decided to pick 360 GSP because they run small classes and everything is hands-on. The tutors are always available in the common rooms, so I was able to clarifying my uncertainties straight away.

i wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy, very unprofessional and cleaver with the t&c. you have to do as they say as soon as you sign on the dotted line, (job guarantee you have to travel when they say to where they say) once finance is approved your locked in and they wont make it easy to cancel as they get paid commission, the sales people are not your friend or there to help but simply sell, challenge them to show you how they have got so called students into massive companies which they advertise, there students found these jobs them selves and are not actually legally allowed to display this information or use other company logos good luck if you sign up you will need it, there teachers and lab staff are ex employees (the ones who haven't left and there has been a lot of them leaving)

I am from Germany and i had the opportunity to do a two-week intership at 360 GSP. I learned a lot of new things for the future and had a lot of fun working in this company.
They support all their students in a professional way and this can be seen in the personal resonance.

Enrolled on Digital Marketing, Part 1 was DMI, Part 2 was technical, Failed DMI 1st time, passed the 2nd. Challenge labs were well Challenging. Till there recruitment guy came in the picture, things look bleak. Slowly got my confidence, currently on work experience (Travel and Lunch paid) with a mid size Digital Marketing Agency, with a job at the end of it. Overall got what i paid for.

I am very happy I had chosen 360GSP over other companies out there. The teachers and staff were very friendly and supportive.
I have taken the Gold course and completed most exams so far. I intend to complete the others very soon.
They have some great teachers there and who will support you even after you complete your course.
The best thing about 360GSP is the hands on experience which prepared me well for my first job in IT.
I am now well into my career in IT and that is definitely due to me going to the right place for training.
I was recommended by a friend of mine and I will definitely recommend to others.

I have enrolled on 1st line support package ( silver package) and very happy with the decision which I made. Great teaching method, excellent support. The guys at 360 GSP Training are great and always around to guide and help, their labs are open 7 days a week which is a bonus for people like me. I really liked their cisco equipment and looking to do my CCNA security in few years' time as my aim is to become a security CCIE.

I owe my career to them, I was working in Tesco evening shifts with no hope and when I have contacted 360 GSP Training at that point I knew they would show me the right path. after reaching out to this organisation informing that my situation had changed and i had a medical condition that would not allow me to finish the course, their rep (ops manager) assured me that my case looked genuine and he would speak to the finance director for me to get a part refund of all the monies i had paid to them. I DID NOT TAKE ANY EXAMS and when i joined the college they said if i could not complete the course for any valid reason, they would refund me accordingly.... now i have been blocked off facebook because i want to make the world know, i wrote to the Director recorded mail no response.. I came in today at 360 GSP , after speaking with Shakes, i made my decision to enroll for the course. Shakes explained me very well about the course and the outcome of the course.
I would highly recommend 360 GSP for people who are looking a career in IT.

Trading standards are already onto these people, please be aware, they destroyed my life and fake reviews are being left like "you have to work harder" "Do Not give up" They may if you are lucky find you a job where you will work for free for someone else...who will pay the bills if you work for free?

I am very grateful for all of the support to get me into IT. i had some experience from abroad working in IT but found it very difficult in London. I came to see 360gsp in wembley and the consultant helped me choose the best package and i worked hard from day 1. with the support from trainers i think i had the best trainers who always give extra help and very practical labs. you have to put the effort in and i used practice room when i was free to give me more confidence. 360 gsp helped me to prepare for interviews and lots of job advice and got me employed into IT support job! Again.... i am very happy and grateful for all.

I never take the time to write a review on anything but after my experience with 360gsp I felt I had to. Absolutely shocking experience and would strongly recommend you stay away from them it's been an absolute nightmare. Not worth the money at all and the people you meet before you sign up are just great sales people and know how to sell you dreams. They word things very well and know how to skip past the important details without you even realising.

Once I started the course the communication is absolutely poor I found myself having to chase up almost every enquiry I made they can happily check every record the amount of times I have had to email/call and all those times they told me they would contact me which they never did. Every time I had to wait on the next course to start they took MONTHS with cancellations after cancellations. Constantly being told no classes are available. And they do it on purpose so it's impossible for you to complete the course within the time. They really don't make anything easy for you at all and don't help you.

Everything they tell you is misleading. I was never told at any point that my course had an expiry date and that they wouldn't provide a job or exam vouchers after that date. The initial person who signed me up never ever mentioned anything about it and never mentioned by any of the teachers. In the beginning they sent me my terms and conditions on two occasions and neither of those attachments would open? I couldn't even sign it and never did so I didn't agree to anything. Up until they told me my course is expired and they wouldn't help me I asked for it again. And it took them well over a week to re send my terms and conditions? Which again I had to chase up several times. When I got it, it looked like someone had just written out a document and sent it on the spot. I mean how shady is that for such a "well established company" Was nothing like the original email attachment I had received.

I would really advise those looking for training and employment in IT to speak to 360 GSP. I did a lot of shopping around and research before I went ahead with them I enrolled for the job guarantee programme weekend classes and added online learning option. I have to give full credit to the guys at 360 GSP for their support as they got me my first job in IT before I had even completed the programme. Very good trainers and very happy with the support from the admin and recruitment team for all of the mentoring. Got started on work experience after around 2 months with a company in London and was kept on and offered a fulltime role there. I have been pleased with my time and experience at 360 GSP and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thank you so much to 360 GSP Training for being part of my IT career. Their online training is really very, very, very good. I learned a lot on their online IT training. There is a video tutorial, ebooks, and virtual lab that includes on the training. Also there is a 24/7 online chat support so that if you do not understand some terms on there you can ask anytime of the day 24/7 on the support team. You can ask them and they will teach you. I would highly recommended the 360 GSP training to everyone.. You can learn a lot from here not only for certification but you can also apply what you have learned on the real world.

In January 2019 I enrolled for IT silver package and in August 2019, I have got an offer letter to work as a Helpdesk Technician in NHS. Everyday, I looked so much to complete this course and give up my old job of Supermarket Team Leader. I studied Windows 10, Server Operating System, Office 365 and been helped by their team every step where I got stuck. The recruitment team, trainer and student admin team specially supported me so much.

Joined the IT course back in October. So far so good! Really impressed with the staff and the training. Have learnt a lot in the short time I have been here. I would recommend this training to people who are looking for IT training.

All tutors are very friendly, Alex the Windows 10 teacher is really helpful and explains things clearly. Have been an IT student here for 4 months now and have passed my Windows 10 and Server 410. I have 2 exams left and I am happy with my progress. Enrolled in the DMI course last year, and my experience has been successful as I've secured a full-time job as a Marketing Executive through 360 recruitment.
I would recommend anyone considering to take this course to do as much research as possible and to ask as many questions before proceeding. Make sure the course and class schedule is the right fit for you, as I noticed a couple of my fellow students unable to keep up and truly commit to the study time required. A good thing to keep in mind is that a large portion of the course is self-study, and if students are looking to change careers they need to be proactive in their job search and financially stable (or have a good support network) to allow them to gain some valuable work experience that most likely will be unpaid at the beginning.
I was lucky enough to have Adam Parker and Stacey Bevan as my tutors, as they both were very helpful in giving advice and insight into the industry. I'm also really grateful to Recruitment Adviser Konstantin for the support he has given throughout.

My Successful journey with 360 GSP started at the beginning of this year thanks to Deepak's amazing efforts in convincing my doubtful mind that this was the right path in order to secure my first IT role .

I decided to give it a go and took the Gold Package. After completing and passed all Microsoft exams, The college got me a full time role half way through my course with a number of other jobs offers.

The College is exactly what I was looking for. It is equipped with modern facilities, well structured classes and most of all excellent teachers (Especially Dai).

Student support with special guidance of Konstantin worked so hard in preparing me for work and guiding me through CV as well as interview preparations. Thank you all and I will definitely come back to finish the rest of my course.

Very informative and straight to the point courses. Doing Windows server 2012 right now and our teacher George is fantastic.

Bad service, they do not reply to my emails.
I had prepaid 750.00 to start the lessons.
When I realised their bad service and the fact that their brochure is not alligned with the structure of the lessons I asked for my refund.
They have made me calling them all the time, visit them to Hammersmith to get my refund.
They say that they will call the authorities because I am angry as a consumer with their behaviour for lesson that I never attended.
They say that they will refund the 500.00 pounds and they will keep the cancellation fee, but even this amount of money they have not refund me.

I am very pleased with the service I have received, my dad introduced me to 360 GSP as he has been using them as his exam center and After speaking to them I knew it was the right choice. I have started my Windows 10 and had 2 one to one sessions after class just to help me understand the concept and After that i booked my lab. It is really straightforward to contact the team and my exam was booked at the time and date which I requested.
I was sent to a company based in Highgate and After 3 weeks they offered me a full time role as desktop support on Friday.
I am so grateful to the entire team of 360 GSP Training for their support, keep up the good work as there is a need for organisations like 360 GSP right now. They don t do magic but they pull all the platforms for you and all you do is put your head down and follow the path.

Would like to thank the incredible team of 360 for all their support, managed to go for my first interview within two months of joining them in one of UK's leading IT solution providers. Cannot recommend the trainers enough, very helpful from the beginning, going out of their way to support. The weekend classes definitely helped me, lab assistant guy Sam is a total dude. Recruitment team takes personal interest and they helped me more than i could ask for. Best decision ever and if anyone is serious about their career or want to make a change they should definitely knock on 360's door.

I was considering a career switch from construction to IT but i was finding it hard to piece together a way i can get certified and employed. 360 GSP came to my attention in newspaper advertisement, i then gave them a call and booked a meeting. I had a ton of questions but i fount myself asking a very few due to how well their course plans and pricing was explained to me. I shortly enrolled into my course package and their teaching and equipment was just as good as their customer service. They provided me with paid work experience, CV building,interview training and general support. I passed all my exams first time and i'll DEFINITELY recommend 360 GSP to anyone who wants to get into IT or anyone who wants to progress in their career in IT.

Had few successful interviews after completing most of my course and have been accepted for company. Recruitment have been very helpful and walked me though step by step, thanks to Zsanet. Aswell as the staff, very friendly and chilled, Manger super cool and always making sure your getting things done.

Recommend to take this course if your committed to starting an IT career.

Things do start slow, just need to be patient and stay upto date with your classes and it all picks up fast as you go along. Its all worth it for your long term future.

If you ever need extra support or help they are always willing to provide it. So there no pressure if cant keep up. I recommend it if your serious.

It is a very demanding market and there are so many companies who declined my CV due to a lack experience. 360 got me my first real job which in turn will get me the experience I need if I ever decide to change from being in an IT support role in the future.
