I've lived in 13 different apartments in my life and the NTS communities were always the cleanest, prettiest, and most professional to deal with.

Do not do businesswith this company. They'll take your money in less than 5 minute and hold your money for a month before they decide to cut you a check from their account. This is the biggest ponzie scheme I've ever seen in apartment leasing. Not only do they not understand their own processes in detail they also can't educate their consumers appropriately. This whole company is a disgrace including the properties they represent. Save yourself the HASSLE n unnecessary no weight apologies

I do not work for NTS; rather I am a resident at one of their properties having lived there for over five years. I have lived in apartments up and down the East coast and in the South for most of my adult life, and park place has its pros and cons, compared to where I have lived previously. A huge issue that park place needs to improve upon is the "noise level." Specifically, there are landscape personnel mowing, weeding, asphalt trucks, etc.,on property nearly every day of every week, and I am not exaggerating. In the age of COVID 19 with many of us "attempting" to work and study from home, the construction noise level at park place renders this nearly impossible, even with the use of headphones. It is needlessly disruptive to clients who pay a premium to live in this community. In summary, noise reduction is a "must" for this community to be a non-toxic place to live.

The people of the entire NTS organization have everything going for them. Professional, knowledgeable, and very methodical with every aspect of their operations. It is my pleasure to work with them.

NTS manages Plainview Apartments. They stole $415 from me and then lied about it! I have never given anyone a negative review, but I must get the word out about this company. I paid all their fees of $415 and told them I was selling my home. I would contact them when I needed an apartment. I later found out that they held a one bedroom apartment for me for one month?? They NEVER notified me to tell me they were holding an apartment. My iPhone shows all incoming calls for months and they did not call me. Then they kept my money for the apartment they held for me That I didn't know about. They will not even listen to my explanations or consider refunding my money. Beware! This company is not honest!
