Bad service, they do not reply to my emails.

Bad service, they do not reply to my emails.
I had prepaid 750.00 to start the lessons.
When I realised their bad service and the fact that their brochure is not alligned with the structure of the lessons I asked for my refund.
They have made me calling them all the time, visit them to Hammersmith to get my refund.
They say that they will call the authorities because I am angry as a consumer with their behaviour for lesson that I never attended.
They say that they will refund the 500.00 pounds and they will keep the cancellation fee, but even this amount of money they have not refund me.
