No contact ability for customers. You are supplying a product to customers but you don't care enough to hear their complaints. Complaints which would benefit your company and the overall quality of your product. I just had to call your parent company to ask how to get in touch with 343 Industries and I was told the only one type of communication; for the customer, is to post on a forum... That is not customer service. All I ask is someone to get in contact with me. Prove that you are a company of quality and care for the product that you provide to your customers.

Customer service, well lets just say there is no customer service whatsoever!!! They are banning people online for connection issues, it really is ridiculous!! If they are gonna ban people for their internet connections, then why dont they just pay all of our internet bills so we dont get banned and can actually play a game we payed money for! All this company cares about is getting your money and thats it!!!

They made a terrible halo 4 put out an incomplete game in MCC and gave us literally nothing as compensation and once again have released a halo game missing massive amount of content that has been in every other halo game. They are losing loyal customers fast and have made one of the most dominant fps' in history nothing but a shadow of its former self. All they have to do is please their followers and more will come but they choose to not even so that. It's embarrassing.

343 Industries are great people and they are trying they're best to make Halo one of the best video game franchises ever great again and they are doing a incredible job. Good job 343.

I only got an Xbox one for halo 5 to play swat. I have played halo for years and years for the last 2 releases halo reach and halo 4 all I have played really is swat. I am very disappointed as I can't play swat on halo 5 as it won't load a game. I have been sitting waiting for about two hours tonight alone looking for a game and I just get spat back into the lobby. I really think that you guys have dropped the ball on this. I am very seriously thinking about selling my console as I really don't see a point to having it if I can't play the game types I want when I want very pathetic on 343 and Xbox for releasing an inferior problem ridden game and console.

I got a constant problem with the servers, after 2 for 3 matches i cant play the game anymore, please help me

Im sorry but i cant help but feel like you guys dont take the gaming experience seriously, yeah you made a decent game, which you is substantially mediocre to the previous Halo titles. But i love the halo franchise so i play anyways, but here is where you get me. and its to a point where i feel i should seek other gaming outlets for my competitive play. Its like your servers do anything but serve, they throw you in random parties with randomized skill level, more often then not theyre heavy weighed in one direction, your banning protocol is by far the most pathetic excuse ive seen, its like here weve designed this banning sysytem to keep the game fun. meanwhile you have one buy on your team betraying your teammates and another one isnt even playin, yet you activly ban people for 24 hours because they cursed or left an already poorly match made game. you dont know how often i play halo only to rip the disk out in anger because of how much carelessness went the halo title.. you guys literally made a game, FOR the money, and released it, not thinking of us the game in the long run is evident and in the long run your company will see as shares drop or people find something better. Halo used to be fun, now im more angry then happy and its all your fault. thank you mr and mrs 343.

I love everything that thay make and the halo games are the best keep working hard you're doing great and I can feel HALO 5 is going to be great

343 please give us UNSC air vehicles. The wasp was amazing but please give us all the past vehicles of Halo games.

Hey guys, a big thing that a lot of people would like to see a remaster of Halo Reach. Something like you did with Halo 2 in Master chief collection. This would bring back the old players that you are struggling to bring back with your methods. (Bringing back old weapons) If your willing to take my idea into consideration, it will bring back a frustrated community of gamers to Xbox and your gaming community.

Took away the one thing that made me love Halo. I wish I hadn't purchased this game...that's on me for not researching first. I have played every single Halo since the very beginning and they have lost me forever. I have spent thousands of dollars on the products. My support is done

No split screen on halo 5 i want my money back you suck. All your competing games have split screen why did you not program it into halo 5? I dont understand how or why split screen wasnt done this game is incomplete without it. All these people preordered the game you got your money and you sold a broken game what is wrong with you people. If I could return this game I would but I cant so now its a 65 dollar drink coaster. Next time I will wait for the reviews before I buy a lemon.

Super unhappy with the way they have handled the Halo 4/Specializations debacle. Good luck to them to come out of this with the majority of goodwill from their fans.

343 has made many changes to the Halo franchise that I disagree with, but with time and patience I hope that 343 may incorporate some of the older features, such as 4 player split screen and less focused on competitive gaming.

Halo 5 is a awesome and addicting game. Keep up the great work!

So you telling me that you remove split screen from Halo 5 just b/c of 60fps? You also claim that the AI allies are intelligent in battle. Halo 4 wasn't the BEST Halo game I have played, but they ABSOLUTELY saved Halo with the release of Halo 5: Guardians! i absolutely LOVE IT! Thanks 343! Keep it up! - Fellow Halo Fanboy

I want my money back! Your studio is a joke for taking away the best part about Halo. We had to make a tough decision blah blah blah, you guys suck. I wish I would have done research but I didn't think a development studio could be so stupid. You can your waste of a game back just give me my money back you can even have your sorry game back.

As a wee boy in London I was often excluded from life with other children and the one place I was able to turn to and be accepted by was the bungee halo community. I have played all of their games and loved them. Then 343 bought bungee and halo four came out. Since that day I have been diagnosed with stage four depression. I gave it another try thinking they worked out the kinks and halo four was just a rough draft of a sloppy copy so I invested 350 in a limited edition Xbox one halo five bundle. Took my 3 days and 7 nights to download the code to my Xbox. Upon starting I listen to the song, the song took me back to my old days of having the best moments of my life playing halo 3. Ten minutes later I was in tears. This was the worst day of my entire life. 343 took the halo franchise and analy raped it in its arse. I blame bungee to for selling out to the devil itself. I also blame Microsoft for allowing the game into this world. It's worse than 0 of 5 stars. No splitscreen... What are you thinking and the graphics are worse than the halo one's. The game makes no sence. I'm not pleading for 343 to cut its loses and spare the others who haven't bought the game yet but oh boy I just want them to know they ruined my entire life and made me a little more suicidal. I just want my 350 bucks back for goodness sake. Took me years to make that. And last but not least, for all of you at 343, your mothers don't love you. I hate you all and curse your families for making this game.

Great company that knows how to meet a deadline but can't put out on said deadline. It's all about the customer is not this company's philosophy. They can slap halo on a disc without anything on it and sell it. Bravo 343 millions more for you.

I just purchased halo mcc, i was extremely excited for the online play, because i was one of the many people who played halo 2 match making until the server was closed. I have been very disappointed with my product because i find myself waiting 5-15 minutes per match trying to connect with other players on every match making game type. My internet (xfinity 275Mbps) allows me immediate access to everything else on xbox live, so that leaves their server. But that would only bring what should have been a 5 star review down to a 3. What brought it down to 1 star was that they have no accessable customer service line (phone or email) to allow me or others to inquire about whether or not this will be fixed. I'm not petty enough to demand a refund, as much as that would help, but i strongly regret my purchase. And as if it could go any lower... I was hopeful that with the release of halo 5 the online game play would be fixed, but now knowing they removed split-screen from match making and the ability to enjoy halo with a friend in the same room, that product is worth very little as well. I'm very disappointed with the plummeting quality of the people in charge at 343i, and have no intention of further involvement with them or their products. The halo franchise has been the icon for the xbox community and a huge deciding factor on whether to buy an xbox one or a PS4, and they are destroying that following...
