Just had my first visit to the Annapolis O'Donnell Vein and Laser office. Every staff member I spoke with was super friendly and courteous. They go way beyond the norm in explaining EVERYTHING to you about your condition and treatment. The staff of course includes the doctor I saw, Dr. Gina Massoglia. I highly recommend this practise to anyone in need of this type of service.
I pretty much have just good things to say. Everything was explained to me, the procedures worked, and I came back for more. There was no follow up to see how I was doing, however.
Friendly, compassionate care. Explained the procedure and what to expect during the process. Nurse who assisted was awesome!

Dr.O'Donnell has the BEST staff ever, everyone that I have had the pleasure to meet have been fantastic, just so nice, sweet and caring.
Although I have received only one of four procedures I am very pleased at the changes already to my one leg. I look forward to finishing my procedures. I am glad I decided to come here. The staff is wonderful.
Dr. O'Donnell and her staff are tremendous and remarkable. They are
patient, courteous, kind, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and
always ready to help. My problem could not have been resolved without
the help of her and her staff. David's ultrasound procedures are
excellent and Dr. O'Donnell's knowledge and techniques are excellent.
I battled a venous skin ulcer and severe skin discoloration on my
ankle and foot for years. She solved my problems in just a few visits
and very minimal pain and discomfort. I was amazed and I am very
appreciative for all she has done for me.
Staff were attentive to what I had to say. They listened and explained thoroughly to ensure I understood. They didn't talk down to me they talked with me.
I came to O'Donnell with a vein related issue. The staff did a great job of making sure my insurance was properly reviewed and took care of everything before I arrived. The nurse and sonographer were great and educated me on the process and what I would experience. Dr. O'Donnell did a great job on my leg and all of my issues were resolved. Bottom line - very experienced, competent, and kind staff all around.
Such a great office (Easton) the staff is so Friendly and Dr. O Donnell is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner.

Went in for vein ablation. Very little discomfort at first, then no discomfort whatsoever. Extremely knowledgeable doctor and staff; explained everything and answered all questions.
Everyone at this office is very friendly and positive. Also they are efficient and very professional. I have not had 1 bad experience and have had very good results from my procedures.

Scan done and no problems seen. Staff was polite and professional. Every visit has always been of this caliber. I would recommend this practice highly. I have told friends who I know would benefit about my experiences and hope they will make appointments. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to get the help I,needed.
I have been for two laser skin treatments and Botox. The staff is very professional and kind - even for a nervous nelly!!
Everyone was very nice..The man that did the sonogram explained what he was going to do and why,he was very nice..The nurse was also nice and explained everything and the Dr was nice and explained everything..i know I couldn't ask for a better office to go to
Staff is kind and caring. The facility was immaculately clean. Communication throughout the process was superb.
