have worked here for 6 months, has been a great learning experience from day one with alot of time for practical application of training! workplace is vibing constantly with alot of energy and passion through the call center, the targets are all reachable and its great to be able to work on behalf of the great charities that we do.

I would give it 0 stars if I could
Waited for my last pay to make this review (which was held anyways because of a $20 hat that I never received)
Where should I start?
Bullying
. Racism
. Hire and fire every week
. Poor management
. Poor training
Do you want a stressful and toxic environment? Do you want to get worried about getting fired every day and top of that have a rude team leader yelling and swearing at you on the phone? Then this is the job for you!
And no, don t even think of complaining because they will sweep it under the rug and push you out of the door.
Completely disgusting company, by far the worst I have ever worked for.

Beautiful people and management, never in my life have i been treated with such courtesy and respect from management of all areas. It is a high paced job and you must be able to hit targets and kpi's if you can't hit those targets it's probably not the right place for you and that's your loss because it's a well paid job with fantastic incentives and an even more incredible team of staff!

Company is a complete joke - their turnover rate averages out to around three weeks, and only about 4 or 5 people that I met had actually been there longer than a few months, with most of them being on permanent status anyways...big shocker. Management is extremely poor, run by a bunch of people who have zero people skills with no idea what they are doing. It's an extremely fake atmosphere, when you're doing "well" the management loves you, but when you're not, they attempt to bully and shame you into submission. They butter up new callers with talks of "ethical fundraising" and "achievable targets", but at the end of the day you have to be a completely manipulative liar to get half of these people to donate. I have been openly lied to by a supervisor, when I expressed concern at how many people were being let go. If you're in desperate need of money - go for it but be prepared for it to be shady at best.
Only plus of this job were the dope friends I got out of it!

I have worked in 2evolve new zealand and australia, absolutely love my job and the people i work with. Great atmosphere, incentives and good team culture. And a great feeling making money for charity!

Already been here 3 months and have worked on many great charities, amazing evnviroment, very vibrant atmosphere great people to work with especially the team leaders. I have worked at other call centres and this is by far my favourite, the socials are awesome. :)

Worked there once the constant bullying of the new employees who did not reach target was disgusting high turnover of call centre staff was like a revolving door.If they want experienced telemarketers then thats what they should advertise for, not employ unexperienced staff who they will fire within days and bully in the meantime .Fair work should investigate this company for work place bullying

Been with 2evolve for 3 months. Had an absolute blast whilst working there! The people you work with are so lovely and if you ever have a problem there's always someone to help you. There is a really nice atmosphere within the call centre & weekly incentives that get everyone hyped. Once a month there is also awards which include monetary prizes and a drinks tab- it's a nice way to socialise with everyone outside of work and celebrate successes! Its been a great few month here & I look forward to coming back after my travels.

Fun & exciting atmosphere. Team leaders were amazing at training and support. However very high staff turnover and lots of backpackers coming and going, unfortunately if you are struggling to make percentages you will not be employed very long. I had a great time working here and would recommend it for a first job and experience! I will defiantly miss the people I met during my time at 2evolve!!!

I've worked for 2evolve for quite a while. It has a very structured organisational culture allowing for ongoing support if required. The atmosphere is great and they put a lot of effort in keeping everyone motivated. It is a results driven environment, but there is a lot of ongoing support allowing room for you to grow hit targets and KPIs.

I've had a fantastic time at 2evolve, the people are always friendly and the energy in the centre infectious. If you have good work ethic and enjoy having insightful conversations with people over the phone, then this is the perfect gig!

Went in for an interview and turns out it was a waste of my time! After the interview process and assessments, 3 of us who were the only ones who were born in Australia were pulled out and told we didn't make it. Everyone else at the interview were either a backpacker or coming to Australia to work.

What an amazing business model! This company makes money by harassing people, and there's not a damn thing you can do to stop them. If these clowns get hold of your telephone number, you might as well leave your phone switched off permanently. Ask them to remove your number from their database, and and they will call more often. Block one of their numbers, and they will call from another. So sick of this company hounding me for money. I'm not interested in donating through you greedy clowns anymore, but I've no doubt that you will continue to harass me.

I have been here a little over 3 months and am amazed at the overwhelming sense of welcoming that has been expelled. Fun relaxed work environment with a work hard/play hard attitude. Never a dull moment, fast paced, challenging, rewarding and exciting!!

Not quite sure how some people give this place 5 stars. People are hired and fired within days, not even really given a chance to get into a job. I have never seen such a high turnover of staff in any job I've ever had. The management can be quite supportive and nice when your doing well. If you are having a bad day ( were all human so that's bound to happen) then you become invisible and you will generally be ignored. Though the job is advertised as full time there is actually no guarantee of hours ,you could be told on a Tuesday that you won't have work the next day. Regardless if you are on a working holiday visa or not, people have bills to pay. I did work with some very nice people but as said above just as you get friendly with someone they either quit because they can't handle the nonsense anymore or they are fired for underperforming.

My overall experience was poor. Another great example of an Australian call centre taking advantage of working holiday makers

Work place has a great atmosphere, meeting awesome new people who are mostly local or travelers passing through (myself included).

The job itself is target based but is easy enough to achieve if you have the right attitude and drive. Plus its raising money for charity so its all for a good cause too!

Work hours are up until 8pm so doesn't leave you much of the evening but you get the weekends and public holidays which are always nice.

Also great support from the Team Leaders and Coaches that help you while learning on the phones.

Recommend if you're a backpacker staying in Sydney for a while or local and looking for a job to progress through.

I really enjoy being apart of this workplace. It always has an infectious energy and atmosphere in the call centre. I also love the social side, everyones really close! The training is really in depth, I had never had call centre experience before, now I feel like I have a lot of skills to tackle any call! All round great experience

Great place to work would recommend to any backpacker looking for a job it is a call centre job good atmosphere very sociable aswell good for meeting new people the job defo isnt for everyone as it is a target driven enviroment but targets are very achievable and if you are a hard worker you will enjoy your time here

I personally had a wonderful experience at 2evolve...

I personally had a wonderful experience at 2evolve. Initially I had applied for the role only as a summer job while I was on break from uni and enjoyed it so much that I stayed. The people in the company are so lovely and supportive. You meet some great people and make wonderful friendships + you get o develop your people and communication skills. The work itself as well is exremely rewarding, you'll have some great conversations with people while representing charities that really do some wonderful things globally.

Disclaimer: the young people who make the calls have only ever been lovely. My issue is with the company's management style/customer service/ethics.

I give to around 6 or so charities on a monthly basis, so every year I get tax time calls and recently when I lost my debit card, when one of the charities (won't say who as I don't want them brought into this!) called me back (via 2evolve) to get new details and bring me back on as a regular donor, I was more than happy to continue giving $10/month. But this small amount wasn't good enough apparently - the person I spoke to was lovely but the manager on the phone who jumped on to try and convince me it had to be $20 could not have been more rude, and actually turned down my $10/month offering and basically hung up.
So I did some research and it turns out that this 2evolve company apparently don't get paid if they get donations less than $20/month but can still accept them - and yet they didn't feel the need to accept mine! Just goes to show that they don't give a damn about the money my support could have given the people the charity benefits (as it has for the past 4 years), as they wouldn't reap a reward for it.
Sidenote: when you call back missed calls, there's no way to tell which charity they were calling on behalf of, and no matter how many times I say I'd rather give regularly than be hounded every tax time, their system apparently has no way to make this note on my file on each charity of mine they represent. Not good customer service!

2evolve is a wonderful organisation to work for. I am particularly passionate about human rights, and the opportunity to represent Amnesty International through 2evolve is the perfect platform to combine work with my passions. The support staff and training staff are excellent, and I have been given every opportunity to do well and to make my own progression through the organisation. I have made good friends while working here, and I couldnt recommend 2evolve highly enough to prospective job applicants.

The best call centre I have seen, you can feel the energy and enthusiasm of team leaders and call takers.
I don't even work in the call centre as I do admin work for 2evolve. Almost makes me want to go out there get my headset on and start calling

The company has a really good atmosphere and it is quite a lively workplace. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is definitely opportunity for growth and definitely a place I will recommend. Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because it's far from where I live.

I am currently in my fourth week working for 2evolve and the people here are amazing! There is a real sense of community and the work is embraced by everyone. Spirits are always high and the nature of the job allows for an uplifting and motivating environment. I genuinely feel like I'm making a difference in the world for the better. The Chinese restaurant next door is unreal - $5 meal deals!

This company calls on behalf of charities you may have donated to before or signed a petition something like that - they want you to sign up for regular donations. Sounds nice enough sure but the major issue is they take telefundraising a level further to nearly harassment with the constant calls up to 5 times a day and pushy sales/objection handling techniques and telling them no thank you please stop calling me will never ever be enough to stop the calls.

This place is under a lot of pressure to achieve goals on behalf of charity and they must accordingly be cut throat. By this I mean really focus on the goal of acquiring finance - end of story.

Actually my 5 weeks there set me up for my current call centre job. If you want a thorough training in script and control focused targets- look no further! It is gruelling, yes but I must
say a great training ground for separating your heart from the business in order to make that goal.

Obviously it would be so much better if more heart could be put into it but at the end of the day it is a very difficult task to get money from people no matter how great the cause. The main thing I ve learned is to keep your distance yet remain focussed on the individual towards sustainable gain.

Long time employee, over 6.5 years, have worked in various roles in the company and enjoyed it. It is a target based environment, with achievable goals, and coaching provided is exceptional, information is made readily available to staff as well as support from various levels.
Having worked in other sales/marketing roles, this has been my best experience, so much help was provided, both group & individually based sessions with people who have tried & tester methods, who really do know what they are talking about when it comes to the crunch.
The best part about working here has been the atmosphere, lots of fun, always a bit banter between calls, and a sense of humour is a must.
The hours are working till 8pm, but it keeps out of peak hour & provides a chance to get a daily sleep in.
The only down side for me personally is not being able to wear shorts to work, apart from that it s a great place to work.

I have worked with 2evolve twice now and I have to say it is an amazing place to work, ive met some amazing people here, they have trained me in skills i never thought i had which i will carry through my career. The managent are so nice and supportive right from the top down its a fun environment to work in and i would highly recommend them to friends. I know ive definitely gained some self confidence from this job.

Great place to work, incentives, training provided plus you have the chance to develop within the company.. But with all sales role with target based, you need to have the drive to achieve the targets, especially with a great hourly pay. Hours are great for me, allows me to go shops/gym in the morning before work. Recommend for backpackers and people with good energy.

I have had an extremely positive experience at 2evolve. I found everyone was incredibly supportive and energetic from the starting point. Being on a Working Holiday Visa it was the perfect way to start my time in Australia - I have met a lot of people in a similar position to me and found it a really fun working environment and a great change from being a Secondary school teacher at home in the UK. In terms of the role, it is great that you are reaching out to people who are already familiar with the charities you are calling on behalf of - you can have some really lovely conversations and it has been an interesting way to get to know members of the public from all around Australia. There is plenty of training and also fun incentives provided so everyday feels different. Ultimately, it is a brilliant role to earn some cash and meet new people.

I have worked for 2evolve twice. The first first 6 months of my working holiday, where i was quickly promoted to a team leader but then contined my travels around the world for a year. Now i am a perment resedent in australia. I have come back to work for this great company because not only do i get a great feeling knowing at the end of the day, i have been able to make real change around the world but the community, training and people who work here make place a great place to work.
