Jacob was very polite and professional while helping me make a payment. The only reason i leave 3 stars is in my experience with this company overall, i have had one serious issue. They carry their own homeowners insurance and their insurance is great for meeting the requirements of HAVING INSURANCE. Beyond that they NEVER PAY OUT OR COVER ANYTHING.
