Terrible don t be late at all you have to go through the whole parental speech about you pay your bills and your personal life. You tell them the money is coming and they just keep lecturing. I will live in a box before I go with these people again with these people. Take my advise and go through a local small bank and deal with someone who know what real life is. If you miss just by a day or two you will spend the rest of your day getting lectured. These people don t want to work with you so they must not want business. And google needs to fix it where you can give no stars!

I'm not going to lie, it was a bit rocky at times, mainly due to the lack of communication with my insurance. (Really, it was all my insurance's fault.) Teresa at 21st Mortgage, really helped out. Davis Blake and Sydney Hunt were very helpful when I told them that I had mailed a payment the 1st of the month and they still hadn t received it 3 weeks later. They were both very much aware and understanding that this was a possibility in this day and time that this could happen. And were very helpful in taking care of this problem for me.
Worst mortgage company. takes 2-3 weeks for online payments to draft, and if the payment does not go through, they will call you two weeks later to inform you that your mortgage is being forwarded to foreclosure processing, unless you western union them money same day. They said they would not accept any form of payment other than western union for the remaining life of the loan, but federal law says they have to accept physical form of payment. If you mail an official check from your bank, they will take it. They said they wouldnt, but they did. They wont work with you on payments at all, foreclosure is the only tool they use. They contact you several weeks after a missed payment, which forces you to pay late fees or get foreclosed. Oh, and their agents are like vipers. They talk down to you, question your ability to provide for your family, and threaten you with eviction and foreclosure, after ONE MISSED PAYMENT. Horrible people working for a horrible company.
I will be refinancing ASAP. Already talking to another lender to meet appraisal and equity requirements for refinancing.
Due to serious health issues in 2019, we did not see any chance of financing a home. Not only was 21st able to provide us with the assistance we needed, our lending agent was with us every step along the way. Kellie Carter is an amazing agent who honestly made us feel like her only client. She answered every question (sometimes the same question because I didn't read the response right the first time, ha!) within minutes of an email. She returned phone calls within the hour. 21st has an amazing policy of providing up-to-date checklists so you know exactly where you are in the process from the moment you submit your application until the day you sign your closing documents. Due to their proactive agent, responsive underwriters, and guided tour to home buying, we went from offer letter (6 of them before we found our home) to closing in 30 days. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience with 21st.

very unprofessional and money hungry company from my opinion. When an manager starts asking personal questions about your finances and recommending you pursue other options because you are 9 days late on a loan BUT they have grace periods of 15 days. That to me is a red flag. Never have I ever had this experience before and yes when the time is right we will be looking for a new lender/mortgage company.

I just want to take time out to thank this company for helping me get a loan for my mobile/manufactured home. I started the loan process on July 1st, 2019. The mobile home dealership submitted everything for me. There was a mixup with the park that it was going to but I was approved for a home loan. I'm very pleased with the service and treatment that I received. I want to send a special shout out to Wes Carter my loan officer and his Assistant, Elizabeth Hagle. I liked the way the communicated and they answered my questions. I even got a phone call from Elizabeth to go over everything. I spoke to loan officer, Wes via phone and email. I've had a good experience with 21st. Harvey devastated my community and reduced my opportunity to work to zero for almost two months. Carlos has patiently worked with me and my brother in getting things back to normal.
Supervisor (Corey I think) called when my payment was just due 5 days ago blabbering that I should have paid on or before my due date and not during the grace period and that I was irresponsible not to pay my bills on time.... like really? I could see if I had acquired a late fee and was weeks behinds but FIVE DAYS??? My paperwork even says I have 10 days before it s late. Disrespectful punk. He definitely heard what I had to say before he met mr. click. I will NEVER recommend this company EVER!!

Me and my husband was looking to purchase a mobile home, and tried to find someone that would finance the mobile home, it took us a while to find a mortgage company that will finance a mobile home. One day my husband told me that another realtor told him about 21st mortgage, so one night we applied online, and the next 2 days my husband get a email from a gut name John MacGuire, who is by the way very helpful. Mr. John MacGuire help us thru this process hand and foot, every time I sent him an email he replied right back. Needless to say 21st mortgage have made me and my husband dreams come true of purchasing this home so we can start a family and we are greatly to 21st mortgage and we have to really think Mr. John MacGuire for his dedicate work though this process. I am positing this review because Adam Kirby from 21st Mortgage collections HELPED me save my home! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident Oct. 2015 which rendered me disabled.
Before this I had made every payment on time for the last three years. With only one income we started running out of money and bills started falling behind. Admittedly things were starting to seem hopeless. Instead of pushing me into default Adam and 21st Mortgage worked with me to develop a plan to get above water.
Step by step we went over what needed to be done to save the home. 21st mortgage and Adam went further than I have ever seen another lender go, even to the point of charity.
I would definitely recommend 21st Mortgage to anyone who is looking to finance a mobile home. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I am so grateful that 21st Mortgage exists. They are the only mobile home mortgage company I found that would do a re-fi with equity out under a reasonable debt-to-income ratio on an older mobile home. After 9 years of waiting to be able to get some major upgrades done to my house, the time has come. Justin Trammell was a wonderful, efficent loan agent and handled all of my multiple questions with swift and patient responses. The process went incredibly smooth overall, and I cannot express how happy I am to be able to move forward with projects on my older mobile home that will increase its value both on the market and within my heart. Just closed on the 30th, and I am super excited!!!

21st Mortgage has been my mortgage lender for the past four years. Anytime I have had to turn to customer service I have received five star service. Recently I had a rather complicated issue I had to deal with and was referred to a customer service representative by the name of Kaylee in their HQ. Kaylee provided world class service throughout the long process and truly helped me out of a major problem. I am very grateful for employees like Kaylee who obviously care about their customers.

I called to pay on my escrow since it increased. When I was going to pay my mortgage I noticed the representative put the 1k of my escrow towards my MOTGAGE payment. Pretty frustrated considering I have until the 1st to pay my escrow or my mortgage payment wont go down.
** if you call to pay towards your principal make sure to check your online portal. It never fails they charge it as a payment . I always find myself having to call again bcus their mistakes***

If a loan has a grace period of 14 days then loan is not late until that grace grace period is up. This company seems to think that if the payment is not made on the exact due date regardless of the grace period the payment is late. The customer service for the company is laughable at best. Do not be condisending to a customer ever. Do not make a customer feel as though they are completely unintelligent.
I have been going through 21st Mortgage. For a number of years. I think it's an awesome Mortgage Company. The customer service representatives are wonderful and willing to work with you. Robert Rutta is one of the customer service Representatives and is also very helpful. He is always so nice and willing to help you as much as possible.
Very happy with the response from customer service rep Rhiannon. Not so happy with the company overall. There is a reason why I don't answer when they call and it's because I have been treated so hatefully and rudely by loan managers at this company that I refuse to talk to them again. I will not allow someone to walk over me, threaten or abuse me verbally for a late payment when such things aren't always something that can be controlled but that is how this company, or some that work with this company treat their customers. I will not speak to anyone that calls from this company via phone ever again. I will be glad to get away from them and I would never recommend this company for a mortgage company. They are generally rude and hateful and awful to deal with. Rhiannon, however, was great and was quick to get me the information I requested in a timely manner and without any hate or rudeness via email.

Have to go along with the rest. Always trying to shove their insurance down your throat at twice the price of what I pay another company. No one is friendly when you have to call them for what ever issue. They keep losing their security certificate for online transactions and your browser won't even let you on their web site sometimes.
Going through 21st Mortgage to purchase my manufactured home was the best decision I made. Even though my home is in a different state - and there were hurdles to overcome - the rep I worked with, John MacGuire, is fantastic and knowledgeable. If I had a question, he had an answer and it was quick. I will definitely recommend.
