I can never get through, when you call receptionist doesn t give you time to respond when she puts you on hold . I hung up after 5 min. Receptionist definitely needs training on proper customer service. This has happened too many times.

They don't always have the best selection of glasses but they're staff is great and they'll work with you on payments, etc. I've been a patient since I was a child and I'll continue until I get far enough away. :D

My favorite Doctor! The staff is always polite and professional and willing to help. I would recommend Dr. Watkins and his entire staff.

Can't be trusted! I felt suspicious after Dr. Watkins rushed through my eye exam so I asked for my written prescription and went to get a second exam at America's Best. Their correction for my near-sightedness is different as is the pupillary distance and I have an astigmatism that Watkins did not detect. I also have double vision from a thyroid disorder. Not once since 2019 has Watkins ever tried balancing my prescription to reduce the double vision. The optometrist at America's Best suggested it on the first visit! I didn't even know that was possible, and thanks to them I can now drive again after two years!

Not only did Watkins not treat my double-vision, he gave me no indication or hope that I could ever see correctly without surgery. He was perfectly willing to bill my insurance, charge me a deposit for special lenses and let me pay $216 out of pocket for frames at his office that only cost $69 at America's Best. All for a bum prescription that I would not have been able to see with anyway. I won't be back.

Great doctor but I am not happy with the office. I signed a replacement form for my sons glasses mid August here it is October 6 they glasses still aren't back. I have to keep calling about this not once did they reach out to say there'd be a delay.
