The best real estate practitioners are members of Knoxville Area Association of Realtors. The building has been rehabbed so the photos may be out of date.

Whether you are calling in and even during all the construction of the new facility, the staff is always informative and helpful.

Very knowledgeable and helpful instructors! Learning environment is extremely comfortable. The main room is large with high ceilings but is equipped with a quality sound system that allows for clear audible understanding of the instructor. There are two large projection screens with high quality HD projectors. The lighting and temperature of this venue for classes is excellent. The tables contain charging stations for electronics and the chairs are extremely comfortable, which I considered one of the best features. Coffee and water is provided for classes. I have been in well over 100 classrooms/seminar venues over the years including multiple university's and high end hotels, but I would have to say this one makes my top 5.
