It's a great hotel with amazing features! It's got Private access to the beach, multiple pole, bars, everything. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous too. My only problem was the market fresh restaurant, it's menu is very specific, pricey, and small portions and also the pool closes super early! It was barely 6 and they were telling us they were getting ready to shut down! Honestly no complaints though, just stuff to know for next time! Will definitely be back

I was a guest celebrating a wedding and the hotel is clean, pools super well taken care of, the lunch served by the pools catered by Malibu Farm one awesome experience, the salmon sandwich delicious and the waiters were fantastic. The staff of the hotel were very professional, I personally thank and commend the care and professionalism given by Shevonne Jeremiah. Thank you for your time and as I am thanking you the Eden Rock Hotel is a better hotel because of your dedication to them and to your guests. Thank you!

I went to the hotel based on a recommendation from my BFF. I am so glad she suggested it. This hotel exceeded all expectations and was a perfect experience.

First, this hotel is in a superb location. It's right on the beach, there are a ton of stores that are about a 15 minute walk away and there are many great dining options of all price points if you search using Four Square or whatever. The hotel has the look and feel of a boutique due to the fashion forward art, luxurious tapestries and opulent flower decorations. However, the hotel has the amenities of a large resort. There are three pools and it looks like another is being built (when I was there, construction was never noisy or distracting). The room I had was so spacious and I felt like I was in a mini apartment. There is also a gym with a lot of up to date equipment and many different options. Through out the whole hotel there is a unique scent that's so different, fresh, rich and luxurious that I literally bought a bottle of the room spray from the hotel's gift shop for my own home. I also went jogging from Eden Roc all the way to the Delano and there was only one other hotel that had more pools than Eden Roc however, their pool "scene" was more of a Jersey Shore vibe.

The true 'secret sauce" of this place and what makes it super special are all of the employees. From the housekeepers to the managers everyone treated me like royalty. It was so hard to leave! When I checked in on Christmas Eve, I was greeted by Mercedes at the front desk. A few minutes Sherein Gaviola (I think it was Mercedes' manager) came out and also greeted me! Both ladies were extremely sweet and super kind and always exceeded all of my expectations. On Christmas Day, I explored the hotel grounds and all of the pool and beach guys were so helpful and accommodating. On Christmas eve, in the afternoon, I was relaxing in the fabulous room before going out and while I was resting I got a knock on the door. It was a house keeper with a fabulous box of bon-bon chocolates and she wished me a Merry Christmas! About another hour later, a different housekeeper came by and offered me turn down service for my room, some slippers, water bottles and asked me if I needed anything! Every employee greeted me at all times and consistently asked me how I was doing and if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. One time my key chip was deactivated because it was close to my cell phone and because a guy delivering room service was so friendly to me, I was able to approach him and ask for help and he got me into my room quickly. Check out was a breeze thanks to Paula, the other managers and bell hop attendants.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. I hope to be back ASAP! Three days was not enough! Hopefully the room spray in my home will tide me over until my next visit!!!

We had a great time, the hotel is really nice. We did not have hot water on our first night and when we called the front desk there was no response. The price we got when we booked our stay was completely different when we checked out be aware there are many extra charges and fees that they wont tell u beforehand.

We're still here for the rest of the week but so far it's been great. The three pools have been a big hit for our family and the pool side food has been fantastic. The staff down by the pool are very friendly. Our only complaint is that all the casual dining seems to close around 7 and we're still on West coast time so it would be helpful if they were open later.

Overall, the hotel was nice but if this is top rated hotel, the devil is in the details. And the details were missed in many ways. The check-in process was absolutely HORRENDOUS. There's no such thing as early check-in so if you were promised this luxury within your rate, the hotel lied to you. Day one ruined. Why is there no air conditioning in the hallways and elevators? The pool wait staff was AMAZING (thanks Allison). But sadly under staffed. Went to a fitness class and we were interrupted 3 times for noise to the conference room below. The HIIT instructor was great. The gym was nice but too small for the amount of equipment stuffed into it. No room to stretch. Only 2 lazy, lumpy pillows on the bed. I could go on, but you get it. Work on the details and this place would be amazing and I'd come back every year.

Great hotel. All the staff was amazingly friendly. Environment extremely clean and well kept. Access to pool and amenities were great. Parking per day was a bit pricey. I wish it was included with the all inclusive package. Malibu farm restaurant was good, not great. I would have preferred larger portions and a bit more variety. Overall a very nice place.

High end hotel. Good conference venue. Nobu is the in-house restaurant, with similar menu to Nobu s in NYC and London.

If you want to spend time in south beach then there are similar hotels between 18-29th street that will save you time and money on taxis.

Plenty of good restaurants nearby to hotel that Sobe isn t essential.

Good ambience . Awesome hot pools with cocktail and food supply at the pool. The cocktails are very costly though. Cutting 2 stars for the room service which is extremely slow. We needed to remind every 10 minutes until finally got coffee pouches after 30 minutes, and even then they forgot the milk !
Good location of the hotel. Good bell boy luggage and cloak room service.

It used to be good. Now it has absolutely terrible service, everything was extremely overpriced (even for South Beach), and the food and drinks were pretentious and disgusting. I have been here three times and the new ownership clearly ruined the place.

Possibly the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Called the front desk three days in a row about no hot water in the room. They sent some one up right away to stand in the bathroom and watch it finally get warm after 20 min, I guess that was there fix! We had a mini suite that one of the walls faced the elevator at $400 per night, sounded like we were next to a major airport. Lastly was told they would finally move us to a different room only to find out, they were sorry none were available. No adjustment to the final bill unlivable.

Fire alarm went off at 4 am. Got dressed as soon as possible by the time we got to the stairs they said false alarm. In the process I left my room key inside the room and had to go to front desk. When I got there I expected to see like 50 people in the lobby but there was no one. I asked the front desk what happened and she was like "ohhhhh u heard that??". Straight up sucked.

I haven't actually stayed at the hotel but I went to the spa and honestly had a great massage. It was the south beach revival, totally worth the price especially during spa month. Will go back!

The pool was great. There was an issue with one of the hot tubs, but the other hot tub was working. The menu at the restaurant next to the pool was pretty limited along with the drink selection. However, the food and drink that I had there was good.

Beautiful hotel but I would not recommend staying ...

Beautiful hotel but I would not recommend staying here. I was looking forward to my stay for the very first time as i was celebrating a very special birthday. I visit Miami frequently and usually stay at another hotel but decided to venture out this time. I am highly unsatisfied with the customer service I experienced at the Eden Roc Hotel. I don t appreciate being treated so poorly (specifically by manager Diana) at a place I chose to spend my hard earned money at. The issues started at check in when we were given the runaround about receiving the welcome drink. We were told to return to the front desk at three different times before we were last told that the welcome drinks were just something extra that they were not obligated to provide and wouldn t be distributed at all that week. We forgave that and looked past it. Next I asked for my incidentals hold to be on one (separate) credit card and any other charges to be on the original form of payment on which the room was booked. They screwed that up. They held the the money for incidentals on that separate card but they also charged on that card the resort fee and the room charges. This is not the way I was told the charges would occur. Again, we looked past that. As a part of our reservation, we received a daily credit of $25 per day to use on the resort. We were instructed that the $25 could be used daily anywhere except the lobby bar and the Nobu restaurant. We were told specially that it could be used at the cafe and outside. Every time we went to charge anything, we confirmed with that staff that our resort credit would accepted. They all assured us it was acceptable and would be taken care of by the front desk. After checkout, we received a bill (on the wrong credit card) with unexpected charges. I called today for clarification of the charges. I first spoke with Adriana who told me that the lobby cafe was not a part of the places where we could use that daily credit. I asked for a manager because we were specially told that the cafe was included. That is when I spoke to Diana. She was very nasty and snippy with me when it came to explaining the charges. She assured me that she would take care of the charges from the cafe but there was nothing she could do about the charges from Malibu Farms. I told her that before we sat at Malibu Farms, we asked the hostess if this place was a place we could use our $25 daily credit. They assured us that we could and the front desk would take care of it. Diana stated that they misinformed me because Malibu Farms was not one where it could be used and there was nothing further that she could do. During our conversation, she seemed irritated with my questions. She raised her voice and when I asked for her manager, she hung up in my face. I called back and of course got Adriana again who began to defend Diana saying that the call dropped. How ironic when it was at the very moment that I asked Diana for her manager. I called back to ask for a print out and breakdown of my charges. I was told by Adriana that it would be sent over via email. The front desk clearly has caller ID, Adriana let that be known when she informed me that she told Diana that it was me calling back. I never received the breakdown in my email so after 30-45 min, I called back to confirm my email address however it was a struggle getting back through to the front desk. They let the phone ring and ring and ring and I was left on hold for over 20 min waiting for someone to answer before I hung up. I called back about 4 times before finally Adriana answered and when I asked her to confirm the email address- it was incorrect. This is unacceptable customer service and it s unfortunate that we were treated so poorly. I will be reporting this to head.

Food and beverages although good were overpriced for what you get. Housekeeping do not replenish complimentary coffee, water and all toiletries unless you request, at which time of course they want a tip for doing so despite having received a tip on the first day prior to any service having been carried out.

I have been going to this hotel for years and everything has been perfect until the last time.
We(my family, wife etc) booked for one week. One day we invite our family to the pool and as soon as they came in JEFFREY came too and WITH A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE CALL 2 SECURITY WITHOUT A REASON AND SAID THAT THEY HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS FULL...(the pool area was almost empty at that time) We were there for one week spending money at the hotel and we go every year.I told him THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER and he said I AM THE MANAGER HERE(He is a lair) he is SUPERVISOR NOT A MANAGER. He is very DISRESPECTFUL. I WON T VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN NEITHER MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I saw him the next day at the pool and I told him that he isn t the manager and he even look at me or say good morning. THANK JEFFREY FOR MESS UP MY DAY WITHOUT A LOGIC REASON

Loved this hotel! I did a Staycation here last weekend and was highly impressed. I've stayed at hotels/AirBnB's all over Miami and this was one of my favorites yet. The customer service, the rooms, the food, the amenities, all top notch. HIGHLY recommended for all different types of travelers - young, old, single, work, families etc.

Recommend upgrading to the ocean tower rooms - ocean views are a must and the balconies are huge, you can really soak it all in from your room!

I enjoyed my stay at Eden Roc. They're in the middle of remodeling, but that didn't take away from my experience. The bar in the lobby is beautiful, and there was a DJ playing music on Saturday night. Although it was served in one of the conference rooms, breakfast was everything. I had an english muffin topped with eggs, seafood (crab and shrimp), cheese, and tomatoes served with breakfast potatoes....so good, and filling! The rooms were clean and chic, and I loved lying out by the pool or walking right to the beach.

i felt taken advantage of at every turn. you cannot use the fridge for your own items. your daily spending credits are not permitted in the places you naturally want to enjoy, like the bar in the lobby or the bar on the beach. and this is not made clear until you check out and realize that you have not used your credits and have paid the full, ridiculous price for sub-par beverages. positives: nice view from balcony.
