I stayed at this campground from August 13 to 16, 2020. They had enhanced cleaning and safety procedures due to COVID-19 which I really appreciated. The campsites were good sizes; they weren t huge but they were large enough for a huge tent and vehicle. They have everything you need there including wood, ice, washrooms and showers. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the washrooms were about the cleanest I have ever seen at campground. They were spotless and smelled fantastic. There is a great playground for kids and the people who work there are so friendly. I would definitely recommend this site.

Nice family running it, if you're following every little rule they enforce. We got charged $150 for sunflower seeds; similar charges if you slightly move their inconveniently placed firepits. Get real....

This campground is very tidy. The indoor facilities are incredibly clean: washrooms, showers and laundry facility. The site is just outside of Drumheller, and was very quiet. The trailer site we stayed in was also very nicely shaded throughout the day with some trees.

The staff was nice. The bathrooms were nice and clean kind of old. The goblin restated was clean but really small with no electricity a kind of dark. My wife said it was quaint

Worst campground experience ever, most negative and rude people I've ever talked too. #womanansweringthephone. Lots of other great, helpful, and FRIENDLY campgrounds in the drumheller area who helped us in anyway they could. ( I'd rate them zero stars if it was possible!)

The owners seemed upset that we were arriving at 9:30PM on a Thursday night, even though the check in hours went until 10:00PM. Upon arriving, they were rude and unhelpful. The campground itself was nice--no complaints about the camping stall--it is close to the highway and a motorcycle pub, which can result in some loud noise throughout the day and night.
On our last night, there was a young boy going around the campground asking for bottle donations--we donated our bottles to him and thought nothing of it. Later on, we witnessed the campground owner yelling at him, that he was "stealing from his campground" (bottles--that he had asked people for). I stuck around because I was uncomfortable with the way he was talking to this child, and was worried about what might happen if I left. Very uncomfortable situation, stemming from the owners once again.
Upon leaving the campground, a family member let us know they had been charged an extra $150 for moving the fire pit. First odd thing about this was that the campground owner had come by on our last night and chatted with us for about 15 minutes around our campfire and didn't say anything about the fire pit! We'd moved the fire pit about 3 feet over because one side of it was close to the bush and we couldn't sit in a circle around it. $150 for a fire pit that was moved 3 feet is absolutely excessive, considering the fire pit was not in an ideal place to start.
All in all we will not be returning and I am giving the campground a one star because of the atrocious management. They were very rude and charging $150 for a fire pit that was moved 3 feet (and weighs about 10lbs and could be moved back very easily) is obscene. It is a greedy money grab set up so people will undoubtedly move their fire pit for better access and then be charged more than what camping the whole weekend costs. This also seems to be a trend among many other reviews on Google and Trip Advisor. Greedy, unreasonable management that is not cut out for the hospitality industry.

A smaller campground just outside of Drumheller. Quite a few secluded spots, even some gems along the small stream. We stayed in town last time, and this was way better. Clean and friendly.

Staff was constantly cleaning the shower rooms and property. Very clean, fairly quiet. Some last minute items are available from their store/office. Would definitly return. Dont let your kids climb the trees! Many are over 200 years old and the owners are trying to preserve them.

11 Bridges Campground is privately owned so it is NOT a provincial park. There are cabins, campsites with and without power and showers/bathrooms with some outhouses so you don't have to go too far at night. Also pet friendly with a few dollars extra Dave & Lori are fantastic people who will help make your stay all the more enjoyable by providing information of attractions, etc in Rosedale, Drumheller, Wayne as well as other places to see. The rules they have stressed upon are necessary as some people take advantage of their hospitality (moving fire pits, littering amongst the trees, and excessive noise, dog poopie piles, etc). It is a quiet, family oriented campground and my husband and I love coming here every opportunity we get. Thank you Dave & Lori for making 11 Bridges Campground so clean and beautiful!

The reviews are true. The management at this campground is rude and overbearing. From the moment we called to make a reservation to the time we checked out we were met with poor manners and bad attitudes. The sites are very, very close together so privacy is limited. Would not recommend.

Stayed for a couple nights and had a lovely time. Nice quiet campsite close enough to the river that we could hear it, folks in the office were friendly and helpful. Nice amenities. The washrooms even had some heating I think which was nice in the unexpectedly chilly September snow! The only downside was the fact that the tent lots were gravel and the ground was too hard to put tent stakes into, but the composition of the ground isn't really the campsite's fault.

Love this campground! Lots of shade and nice sites. I can see all these bad reviews about bad management and I must say the only time I experienced any negativity is when we didn t follow the rules! (Whoops) which is 100% reasonable! we moved a fire pit not realizing until after that it was a rule not to and we were confronted. Management went above and beyond and allowed us to keep the pit we moved and were very cool about it and totally understanding . I can see why management probably gets frustrated with people not following rules! If your respectful and watch your kids this is the campground for you!
10/10 would stay here again.
(All of the fire pits are amazing! They are low to the ground and very wide)

We stayed her for the first time in July with our family. I found the owners to be fantastic!!! Rules are rules everyone! Its for the safety of their guests that these are in effect! Children are safe as they walk the campground, coolers/goods are not getting stolen, and its the cleanest I have seen for a very very long time. Friendly owners, spotless campground. We cannot wait to come back next year.

Would love to go back; most likely won't.

Campground is very clean and neat and the owners work very had to keep it that way- to the point that i think they are overworked and take it out on the customers. The lady is unnecessarily rude and one interaction with her ruined our afternoon. I think the owners assume that all of the guests are trying to break the rules (which they are very strict with) and treat everyone as a trouble maker. I know she will read this and come up with some attack against me (read all the non 5 star reviews where they say the owner is rude and she attacks them), but i want to ask her one question- if the common theme on these reviews is that you come across as rude, is everyone else wrong, or is it you? (and go...bring on the roasting 11 bridges!)

The campground was great! Lots of trees, nice quiet campground, beautiful area! Above all of that though, was the service! Friendly and very personable! On our site there was not a lot of room for a trailer and a tent as the tent was on some gravel! Overall recommended!

The owners were rude, grumpy, and lacked any kind of hospitality. Stayed for my birthday weekend, woke up and we left the site as soon as possible. The woman who owns it was yelling at the campers beside us the night before and saying she was going to call the police. (They were having a fire and chatting, maybe a little loud but no one was complaining). The next day after we had left, we got a call and she accussed us of stealing a fan in which we had never laid eyes on, then charged us for this fan we had never seen. What a shame, such a beautiful area but the owners are people I would never like to come into contact with again.

Extremely rude, demeaning, accusing. I wish I had read these reviews first - it would have saved me from a very upsetting conversation. I phoned to book a campsite during the music festival weekend, hoping to be near another family that had already booked (for the record, we have 2 very hard-working young boys who are very lucky to be playing the festival. We are non-drinking, quiet, respectful families (including grandparents), looking to enjoy some relaxing camping after the busy festival. The woman on the phone was hearing none of this. She had made up her mind that anyone camping on a long weekend is looking to disrupt, party, destroy, etc. It seems that her idea of hospitality is to launch into a vicious pre-emptive barrage of accusations - completely unfounded, uncivil and abusive. I 100% agree with the 1-star reviews on here, and we didn't even make it to the site! (Thank goodness, after I got fed up up with being berated, I asked "could I please just book a site without being accused of something I haven't even done??", she told me to go somewhere else. Bullet dodged.). Oh, and if previous responses are any indication, I'm sure she will respond here, deny all, and claim that I was the one being rude. Save your breath, lady. It's not your 1-star reviews that will ultimately bury your business - it's your absolute lack of regard for human beings.

After reading previous reviews we knew to expect rules, but were also hoping for a family-friendly atmosphere. When we arrived, we were a little put off by all of the signs with rules written with big exclamation marks. They seem to send a message that the owners really don't like having people in their campground. We really thought that there are nicer ways to post campground rules and that perhaps these signs could be balanced with other, more friendly and welcoming signs. The 'legendary tree' was magnificent to see, but also disappointing in that the kids were not allowed to even walk on the part that is laying firm on the ground. That said, we ended up liking our spot, which was well-treed, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, free of rowdy parties. The owners were not unfriendly. We enjoyed the plentiful trees and shade. For a privately run campground, it was surprisingly clean and well-maintained, including bathrooms and showers. There were many other families and always children at the playground for our own kids to play with. We liked the location with the 11 bridges, suspension bridge, and hoodoos close by. We would recommend this campground if you are seeking a quiet place to relax with family or a small group, if you are ok with having no music, with having a curfew of 11pm, and with having some unfriendly signage around you.

My husband Brian and I, have been camping here for some time now. We were impressed with how clean the entire site is especially the bathroom facilities. The new owners are great people, the only changes they made, were to add some cabins, which was a awesome idea. We recommend this campground to all our friends. We now plan a meet-up every year for our cycle group. We ride our bicycles from the camp ground to Wayne, stop in at the last chance saloon for a burger and cool beverage.

We booked this campsite following 2 phone conversations mid April. I phoned her the day before we were due to arrive as I couldn't remember if we had booked a plot with hook up and she stated she had no record of my booking and was incredibly rude and shouted at me before putting the phone down. We are now unable to get another camping spot for the long weekend and are left with disappointed children.

We had a full service campsite which means we were right by the office - I expected it to be busy....I was WRONG, the campground was so quiet and peaceful with many trees. The owners are very attentive and aware of what is going on, they expect everyone to follow the rules. The campground is along the river, only 5 minutes to Drumheller and takes COVID-19 serious (everything is cleaned regularly, children must be supervised.....). If you want to let your kid run free or party this is not the place for you. If you want a clean, quiet and safe place to sit in the shade than give them a call.

My friends and I booked our campsite months in advance. Three of my friends and I are over 18, while the other two are 16. We assumed that the 16 year olds would not be considered adults. There is NOTHING posted on your websites on what qualifies being adult. However we weren t informed about this till the day we arrived. We offered to pay more for the two 16 years to compensate for them being adults but the blonde lady at the front was no longer interested in our business because we mislead her and there was too many of us now(even though our numbers never changed or the amount of tents). She gave us all of our money back and told us to find camp else where.
I understand that teenagers aren t ideal to have at a campsite, but I think a way to deal with this is to have three options for ages. Child, youth, adult. It MIGHT discontinue any confusion.
Also might want to work at your customer service skills because you lost business and I m sure you didn t have another group of people come in after 5pm when we arrived.
Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
