We booked this campsite following 2 phone conversations mid April. I phoned her the day before we were due to arrive as I couldn't remember if we had booked a plot with hook up and she stated she had no record of my booking and was incredibly rude and shouted at me before putting the phone down. We are now unable to get another camping spot for the long weekend and are left with disappointed children.
