Took my perfectly working iPhone 7 to have the cracked screen replaced. Walked away 2 hours later with a nightmare. Home button is not working properly. Now what...went to the wells road location because I live in Fleming Island and only went to the Atlantic location because I was training in that area they tried to fix it but were unable due to whatever they did at Atlantic location. Which let me state that the wells raf location assess your phone and gives you a detailed sheet of what is wrong with you device. Atlantic location does nothing of the such but take your money and say come back in a hour and a half. Needless to say I m upset and looking for some resolve. I would prefer to not waste a half day of my life repairing my phone due to the neglect of another. Any suggestions or advice????
