Had to attend to several recalls on my Kia Optima....

Had to attend to several recalls on my Kia Optima. Since its very inconvenient due to my work schedule I had to find a day where I didn't have patients. So I Scheduled appt 3 weeks in advance for a Monday 7am appt. Dropped my car off Sunday night before and there were no envelopes in drop box.
I was told it would be done by 3pm and I could not have a loaner. When I called at 4:30pm to verify picking it up I was told not only that it wasn't ready but it had not even been brought in to look at! Was told they would bring my car in to get it started on that night before they closed so they would work on it first thing in morning. Called in morning and it still hadn't been brought in. They promised to pull it in right then and have it done by 1:00. Finally was able to pick it up over my lunch hour.
This may not sound like a big deal but it is when it affects previous commitments and the inconvenience I inflicted on others for rides.

It would have been so much more simple if they would have given me a loaner car but they said they don't do that. Especially because I had to take it in because of THEIR RECALL! They did offer to get a rental car but I refused because that takes up even more time!
