I can not thank SOE enough for the help and support through the Covid 19 crisis. From helping create templates for our records to making it easier to access records from home, everyone at support/sales have been very cheerful and have dealt with my practice in a friendly and positive manner. Speaking to Aron today to help sort out the patient portal, which will allow my patients a more contact less appointment is very exciting, his understanding of my practice needs and the further support from SOE is second to none. If you aren't with SOE, why not? It's not just about writing notes...it's about an entire support package. Thank you
