Have had a decent experience here twice, 5 years apart. This time we dealt with Gazzi. We really like the soft sell approach as we generally know what we want and don't physically look until we do. Gazzi was friendly, respectful and made sure the vehicle had features we wanted and would work for us. Best of all, he never once tried to up sell us on anything. Though I feel we got a decent deal I wasn't thrilled with the negotiating part. Dealership uses a shock method (where the starting point is ridiculously high) but as soon as they realized we would walk out it quickly came down to reasonable numbers. The whole process was fairly quick and painless. Will visit again when its time to trade the new one in. Again, if you visit, ask for Gazzi. He was great.
