I will never come back to Larry H. Miller, and I will make sure everyone knows to avoid them. I'll start with my most recent and final grievance with them. I took my car in to have the brakes checked and was told that I needed new calipers, rotors, and pads on my rear brakes. I was really surprised to hear that my calipers had gone out, as they should last a very long time without issues. I asked them for more detail, and they informed me that my brakes had after market parts installed. I replied that that was really interesting information since they are the ones that have always done my brakes. They told me, oh, well, they just use what they have on the shelf...what does that mean?! So, they tell me it's going to be about $1500 to replace all the parts on my rear brakes. Needless to say, I refused service and sought another opinion. I found a well reviewed repair shop that quoted me about $600 should I really need new calipers, rotors, and pads. Well, I only needed new pads, which cost me $115 elsewhere...calipers were fine. WOW! On another visit, I had a service bulletin on a piece of trim in the car that failed. Granted the service bulletin had expired, but they would do absolutely nothing to help me out. Lastly, every time I would take my car in they would recommend that I have this fluid or that fluid changed out, and I would tell them that I had that done, should be fine, they did it! Sure enough, they go back into my records and see that it had been done...but if I didn't bring it up, they would just go ahead and recommend it and try to charge me for something that isn't needed?! NEVER COMING BACK, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. OVERPRICED AND NO INTEGRITY!
