TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Starting with that I called at 1:15 am asking if they were still sitting to visit with my partner and they told me by phone that they accepted visits until 1:30 a.m. I arrived at 1:19 am. They told me that they were closed, after I explained what was mentioned above, they told me with an extremely rude attitude that it could not happen because they had full capacity. I asked (enduring my patience) if I could wait for people to come up and say yes. I did that, I waited in the lobby until they got off the terrace (because I asked them in front of the staff) 10 people. Now if it was 1:25 am and they said that it could not go up because although it is true that 10 people got off, it was likely that hotel guests had climbed at that precise moment.

The lobby staff who did not want to give me their name and security, Gustavo (or so he told me) were EXTREMELY GROSS. Abuse of power and terrible education, also offensive, haughty and violent. I felt that they were going to hit me. More never visit them and for sure I will water the voice of the bad attitude and service of the staff.
