My wife and I just bought a car from the Autobarn Mazda of Evanston with the help of Jonathan and Ross. We had a HORRIBLE experience at Oak Lawn Mazda - we pretty much felt like we wasted two whole days and didn't get anywhere close to what we wanted to pay for a new vehicle.

I decided to do some online shopping and found the perfect car at the Autobarn Mazda in Evanston. I submitted an online interest form and got an email and a phone call within the hour. Jonathan was SUPER easy to work with. He gave us a VERY reasonable price on the vehicle - as a matter of fact, he gave us a BETTER deal that what we originally asked for. That has never happened to me before. Jonathan responded very quickly and clearly so there was never any surprises when it came to the numbers.

Jonathan and Ross even came to our condo in the South Loop to help me transport both of our trade-in vehicles. It took about an hour to get the deal finalized and sign the papers, and I was out of the dealership with a brand new car and a HUGE smile on my face. Ross even took his time to explain all the features of the car even though it was way past closing time for them.

These guys are true professionals and I would highly recommend them. They really made our car-buying experience a pleasure and took all of the stress out of the equation.
