The salesman and cleanliness are the only two goods things I can say about my experience. Their customer care representatives are terrible. Spoke with 2 of them throughout 2 days on a certain vehicle. They confirmed both days the vehicle was available. Drive all the way there to find out the vehicle had been sold before we even began speaking. That s completely unprofessional and shows the lack of knowledge of what s really on your own lot. Sad.
