Friendly staff and great service. This was the first service for my 16 Highlander. Tania was super helpful and did a fantastic job. My appointment ran a little late so she made sure to comp the patch needed for a nail found in my tire. The waiting room was comfortable and the free WiFi helped me keep busy. All in all I was pleased with my experience and will bring my car back to World for it's next service.
